You need to re-upload your avatar as it's been more than 2 hours since you updated it and it’s still appearing with your old avatar, which means the one you uploaded did not work. Try uploading it back and see what happens next. No matter the network situation or cache, it should have been available by now.

Lame move IMO. He should have just been open to his new campaign manager and informed him that his current signature campaign week ends today.
