It looks like there are issues involving account investigations, that they take a long time. I have just seen another thread in the scam accusations where the accuser claimed that they had told him that the investigation could take up to 6 months. That's a heck of a long time to be honest, I don't know whether they already resolved his issue as the Jackbit representative had tried to get in touch with him at that time.

I hope Jackbit team try as much as possible to speed up the investigation processes and avoid hurting their reputation with unresolved scam accusations that keep dragging on for long.

It looks like there are issues involving account investigations, that they take a long time. I have just seen another thread in the scam accusations where the accuser claimed that they had told him that the investigation could take up to 6 months. That's a heck of a long time to be honest, I don't know whether they already resolved his issue as the Jackbit representative had tried to get in touch with him at that time.

I hope Jackbit team try as much as possible to speed up the investigation processes and avoid hurting their reputation with unresolved scam accusations that keep dragging on for long.
I think the support team told me that completing an investigation takes up to 6 months is like the max line on such a serious problem and usually if the alleged issue is not that serious it probably won't take up to 6 months it should have been resolved.
it's true if every problem at a casino that isn't resolved immediately will eventually risk the reputation of the casino itself and look bad in the eyes of other gamblers. on the other hand Jackbit is a casino that can be said to be new which should solve problems more quickly so that the trust and reputation of this casino is maintained and it doesn't change for the worse.
and I also hope that the Jackbit team will immediately solve any existing problems so that everything will look fine.

According to the terms of the casino, Issue with an ongoing investigation to the account can take up to 6 months since they will need time to verify it. I agree that this is too long but we can’t do anything about it especially if it was written on the ToS before we sign up.

So it is still unresolved after the OP here told you last week that your case will be prioritized? Did you get any update after OP told you about this last week? 16BNB should not be a big amount for a casino as it worth around $5k only at the current rate. That is very correct,  in whatever way possible there should be a follow-up be it weekly and if there is a time frame to resolve the issues and it exceeds that time frame, keep reminding them to keep up to date with the report.

But when they do this type of blocking, it's due to suspicious activities, but 3 months is a long time, haven't you sent an email to support to see what status your case is in? Sometimes it is preferable to follow up so that they do not ignore your request, it may be that they have many similar cases or that they are handling other things, but their case is quite important, you have to let them know and so they give you a final one, I can't wait so long it despairs me.

That is very correct,  in whatever way possible there should be a follow-up be it weekly and if there is a time frame to resolve the issues and it exceeds that time frame, keep reminding them to keep up to date with the report.

Sometimes when there are some accounts making up some complaints or raising up some issues without having those proper or enough evidence or proofs then it is really just a complete trolling.

I agree with you on this because most of the complaints that have being originating from most newly created accounts only come here to troll and once they create the baseless thread without any evidence they disappear and never show up on the thread to answer any question or Provide any further guide or proofs that could support the discussion or claims.

I don't see why online casinos are so ruthless. New casinos open daily, competing with bonuses and promotions. I'm savvy, therefore scammers don't bother me.

I'll keep trust and openness, which any decent casino has. Why should I invest in a location that will damage my reputation and trust?
