I have fully received both the deposit and the winnings from this site. My thanks to everyone who was not indifferent and wrote in this thread on the forum. I think some players will draw their own conclusions about this site based on my case.

Dear brAcckii,
We are very happy that it ended that way
Thank you for your cooperation as well!
To avoid any inconvenience next time, our suggestion would be to get to know the terms of the casino before you start playing. This is very important
To clear everything we will quote the main rule regarding GEO restriction of the casino for future players and the forum members
"Access to the following residents or access from the following territory onto the website is not allowed - Russia, Belarus, and Georgia We accept strictly adult Players (the minimal age is 18) and Players who have reached the age specified by the jurisdiction of Player’s place of residence as eligible for online gaming. It is the Player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction regarding age limitations for online gambling."
Sincerely,
Do you require players go through KYC or no?

Edit: I see now I was looking at what appears to be an affiliate site, jackbitcasino.com, made to look identical to jackbit.com

It seems as if most affiliates are promoting your site as no kyc.  Why is that?

Hello TwitchySeal,

Jackbit Casino generally has a no KYC policy and doesn't require personal identification documents. But of course, there are exceptions, such as the Risk-Based Approach. If anything suspicious or fraudulent is detected in a user's gameplay and/or transactions, verification documents are requested, and the follow-up withdraws/transactions are processed accordingly.

Sincerely,

So you want the benefits of being a "No KYC/Anonymous Casino" in attracting more players than you would otherwise, while at the same time benefitting from KYC policies to protect yourself from player abuse.

That's messed up.  Think about it.

You should tell your affiliates not to promote your site as anonymous if you want to reserve the right to take money from your players unless they send you personal information and documents.

Yes, there are "exceptions" (subjective term). Even for small withdrawals and even when an account was already verified. To potential customers:
1. Make sure you take a screen shot of your verification because when you try to withdraw, the withdrawal may be rejected due to "your account not being verified" (hey I thought KYC was rare ?). When you go to the Jackbit verification page it may say you are unverified even though before the withdrawal attempt it had shown that it was verified.

Dear Tableplay,

Please be informed that your account has been flagged for suspected bonus hunting and fraudulent activities, along with IP address matching with 51 other accounts. As per our terms and conditions, Jackbit Casino reserves the right to request personal identification documents from players if any unusual activity is detected in their gameplay or transactions.

Following the verification of your account on December 23, 2023, at 10:31, we processed your withdrawal request successfully on the same day at 15:17:05.

Which of course is a different thing than saying I have multiple accounts since, as you know, I have only one. You also forgot to mention that my account wasn't flagged for suspicious activity at the time KYC was requested. My account was flagged for suspicious activity at the time I made my post yesterday here on bitcointalk. Yes my withdrawal  was approved, but it was originally rejected with the reason cited as the account wasn't verified even though it had been. Also, thanks for doxxing my Jackbit username.

Anyhoo, my advice still stands:
1) Make sure you take a snapshot of your account showing as verified to avoid the possibility of having to go through verification again if your withdrawal gets rejected for not having KYC.

Dear Tableplay,

As previously specified, Jackbit Casino generally upholds a no KYC policy, with exceptions made in cases where a risk-based approach is deemed necessary. The detection of a 51 IP address match for your account is generally unusual for a regular player, therefore, it was flagged for investigation. Afterwards, you provided personal identification documents to complete the verification process, However, it is important to note that the withdrawal in question was requested before the completion of the verification, specifically on December 23, 2023, at 08:35:19. Verification procedures were completed on the same day at 10:31, and the following withdrawal was successfully processed at 15:17:05.
Regarding your concerns about the "Doxxing" of your username, please be assured that Jackbit Casino maintains strict confidentiality protocols and does not disclose any private information of our users. It is worth noting that the username in question is visible to all users on BitcoinTalk.

Sincerely,

The fact of the matter is you tried to make me verify my account twice. My account was already verified in mid-November of 2023. And then, when I requested my withdrawal in late December 2023, my withdrawal was rejected on the grounds that I needed to verify my account, even though I did already. The proof is below. As for doxing me - I guess what you are saying is that the forum members here at bitcointalk are clairvoyant - that is they knew my username at Jackbit was the same as bitcointalk, before you posted this fact.

By the way, if my account is flagged for bonus hunting, why are you still sending me promos ?

There is nothing unusual about this, though. Verifying once does not necessarily mean you're off the hook from any identity verification because part of standard KYC/AML policies is constant monitoring so there could be cases where verification can be asked multiple times.

As for doxing me - I guess what you are saying is that the forum members here at bitcointalk are clairvoyant - that is they knew my username at Jackbit was the same as bitcointalk, before you posted this fact.
I don't see any form of doxxing. They were doing the standard "greeting + bitcointalk username" on their replies and yours happen to be the same as your jackbit username. I wouldn't know you have the same one on jackbit had you never mentioned it.

By the way, if my account is flagged for bonus hunting, why are you still sending me promos ?
It's probably set to everyone or something.

Yes, there is nothing to see here. People get verified and then must re-verify a month later all the time. Regardless, the issue being discussed here is that this casino claims KYC is rare when user experiences indicate otherwise.

bitcointalk username" on their replies and yours happen to be the same as your jackbit username. I wouldn't know you have the same one on jackbit had you never mentioned it.
To me, it seems that if I don't mention my username at Jackbit here at bitcointalk, and then I receive a message here on bitcointalk that my account over at Jackbit (that I have never mentioned the name of here) has been flagged, that they are implying that my username is the same here as it is over at Jackbit. How would they know who's account to flag otherwise (the flagging occurred after I made my post over here a couple days back) ?

By the way, if my account is flagged for bonus hunting, why are you still sending me promos ?
It's probably set to everyone or something.
Maybe it should be set to send it to people who aren't banned - just a thought.

But how do we fact check this without knowing the total number of players and the percentage of them who had the KYC card? I mean, 500 players running around the internet could still represent a very small number of their userbase. Pretty much why I never buy any "rare" claims cause it'd be hard to verify anyhow.

To me, it seems that if I don't mention my username at Jackbit here at bitcointalk, and then I receive a message here on bitcointalk that my account over at Jackbit (that I have never mentioned the name of here) has been flagged, that they are implying that my username is the same here as it is over at Jackbit. Not necessarily because members with account problems could be in PMs with representatives. TBH, I don't think most people would be overanalyzing a standard greeting a typical customer support does.

Posting here on Bitcointalk that I was asked for KYC twice within a month triggered a bonus hunting flag on my Jackbit account. It was claimed (here on bitcointalk) that I was asked for KYC the 1st time because Jackbit found 51 identical IP addresses. I was never told this was the reason for this first KYC request at the time of that request. And then, what was the reason for the 2nd KYC request less than a month later ? Only after my bitcointalk post, was it mentioned publicly on this forum why I was flagged for KYC the first time. I don't know how to fact check the per Capita KYC proportion - however, readers can draw their own conclusions based on what I wrote just before this sentence. I absolutely agree with you about not buying "rare" claims - just do KYC or play at a fully No KYC casino (Nitrobetting, etc.).

Not necessarily because members with account problems could be in PMs with representatives. TBH, I don't think most people would be overanalyzing a standard greeting a typical customer support does.
It's strange then that I was told my account was flagged at Jackbit in the public forum rather than by Bitcointalk PM if that were the case.

Some question related to this offer:
- What game is used for this free spins promo and how much is the value of the free spins?
- Is there any wagering requirement for the winning from the free spins? How much is there is wagering requirement?
- If winning from the free spins come with wagering requirement, should player make a deposit to complete the wagering requirement or can player wager with the winning?
- In case someone is having a huge luck an win big from the free spins, will you allow the player to withdraw the whole winning or do you have limit to withdraw?

There is nothing unusual about this, though. Verifying once does not necessarily mean you're off the hook from any identity verification because part of standard KYC/AML policies is constant monitoring so there could be cases where verification can be asked multiple times.
What are you even talking about? That's completely unusual. Requesting KYC repeatedly in a short period of time never happened to me and I have played in some of the best crypto gambling sites out there.

- What game is used for this free spins promo and how much is the value of the free spins?
Just registered and acquired the freespins immediately. You can use them in book of the dead. I ended up winning 2 bucks.

- If winning from the free spins come with wagering requirement, should player make a deposit to complete the wagering requirement or can player wager with the winning?
- In case someone is having a huge luck an win big from the free spins, will you allow the player to withdraw the whole winning or do you have limit to withdraw?

Not sure if you guys checked out our Jackbit sportsbook review but if you haven`t, then you should: https://www.gosubetting.com/review/jackbit-sportsbook/

Jackbit "surprised" us in a very positive way when it comes to its sportsbook and actually secured one of the top places in our rankings. Smiley

... and if there only was a registration offer for sports bettors...  Wink

Guys, stay away from this site! It is one big scam operation.
First of all they are using the same software as adkinsbet/1xbit/1xbet (all scam).
Secondly, they have an internet license from anjouangaming.org which is an African gaming license provider? It would not surprise me if they created this website anjouangaming.org by themselves.
Serious sites work with serious gambling licenses like Curacao, Malta but not in Africa. And like I said, I think its just a circus and that they setup it by themselves.
Do not gamble here, I hope people will listen to me this time before they write they dont get paid.
Jackbit.com is scam.

Best Regards,

Thanks for the answer, although you did not mention the free spin value but I guess it is the minimum bet in the Book of Dead ($0.1/spin). Good to see that players are able to complete the wagering requirement directly with the winning from the free spins and the wagering requirement is low too compared to most other free spins promo. One more question, is it only for new registered players or old account also eligible to claim this free spins? I think I have created an account earlier this year but I do not really remember the account, I have to check my emails first to avoid multiple account.
