-I don't know if they are paid to spread fuds against competitors but if that be the case, it is quite disappointing on the side of a casino that employs the service of a troll as they have nothing to add to your casino other. Than just. Wasting casino time and resources on fruitless activities.
All possibilities can happen because currently online casino competition is even tougher every year, maybe if they don't have a powerful strategy to make the casino bigger they will use cunning methods but every accusation without evidence just ignore it and if there is a casino that uses their unsavory ways will not last because when all is clear it will only damage their reputation
In the casino business trial I think it is divided into two.
1. Competition between large, well-established casinos with top ratings and already have a lot of loyal users in them. For these casinos, they usually compete more to retain their loyal customers so they are not attracted to other established casinos.
2. Competition for new casinos and small casinos, where in this competition they usually always rely on bonus promotions with the aim of getting new users.
Regarding the matter of fraud or sabotage in order to damage the good name of one of the casinos with the aim of having a business competition it is unlikely that this will ever happen to a big casino because big casinos already have many loyal customers so that customers may not easily believe there is accusations that are not clear about the truth.

Sometimes when there are some accounts making up some complaints or raising up some issues without having those proper or enough evidence or proofs then it is really just a complete trolling.

In general speaking about support action and attentiveness then it would really be just right that complaints and past conversations in between chat online support and a certain user shouldnt really be that erased or would really be going back to the start on the time that you would really make a new log-in.I did really have this kind of experience about those wiped chat history.

A good gambling site would really be that having attentive to solving issues and complaints and doesn't take that long.
I agree with you on this because most of the complaints that have being originating from most newly created accounts only come here to troll and once they create the baseless thread without any evidence they disappear and never show up on the thread to answer any question or Provide any further guide or proofs that could support the discussion or claims.

You are correct with that because the not all-new platform has the thick skin to absorb criticism and trolls to become more successful and strong and with past experiences, I can tell you that many new casinos who have been through this kind of attack before have made it out strong unless those who don't want to build any reputation at all but those with good intent always have a way to find their way around.

dirty competition happens because there is always intense competition in the gambling business, one of the tricks that some gambling sites run is to make false claims and these dirty tricks are no longer a public secret

then it is very important for us to consider all claims that appear carefully, if there is no strong evidence then the claim is not worth discussing

after seeing your thread in the scam section and seeing all your evidence i have a suggestion to ask a representative from Jackbit for a maximum time limit to resolve your issue. because only the board of representatives from Jackbit can help you direct your problem to the support team.
but if there is no definite answer, try to ask the Jackbit campaign manager for help to solve this problem. because as far as I can remember Jackbit had a signature campaign on this forum.
and I hope you to be patient waiting for the resolution of your problem. because usually casinos will take a lot of time to solve customer problems and it takes longer usually around 3-6 months, depending on how serious the problem is.

Okay I would like to report my withdrawal was processed within hours without problems. Although I am at a big loss overall, so this does not say everything yet. But a good sign at least.

Okay, after first 2 withdrawals were processed fast and without problems, I today requested the 3rd withdrawal and it got rejected. I was asked to provide KYC which is ofcourse totally fine. Am doing that now and will report how it goes. This can be a great test for the Bitcointalk users in general to see how quick and trustable Jackbit is.
Will update here in this thread.

Hello. jackbit.com has terminated the account. They took my funds 13.52 LTC in dollars 1228 $ on 03/05/2023). Only 4.984 LTC was returned. I signed up over 3 months ago. And there were 2 verifications where there was a photo of the passport of Russia (RF) and a video with me and the passport of the Russian Federation. I received a response from jackbit - the documents have been checked. Withdrawal is operational until 01/24/2023. But then there were no warnings that it was forbidden to play from Russia. The reason for the write-off is not given. They also don't want to refund my money.

Okay I would like to report my withdrawal was processed within hours without problems. Although I am at a big loss overall, so this does not say everything yet. But a good sign at least.

Okay, after first 2 withdrawals were processed fast and without problems, I today requested the 3rd withdrawal and it got rejected. I was asked to provide KYC which is ofcourse totally fine. Am doing that now and will report how it goes. This can be a great test for the Bitcointalk users in general to see how quick and trustable Jackbit is.
Will update here in this thread.
