I am some discussion with one my senior friend about primary purpose of Bitcointalk signature compaign reward.
I want to ask whether we are paid because we are very good quality post maker and they like our post so they gave us reward  or primary purpose of the compaign is to advertise the project through signature banner?

The forum doesn't pay you for your posts. But you can join a signature campaign, advertise their service with wearing their signature and get paid for your posts.
Not that this doesn't mean you don't need to make quality posts for getting paid. You can't join a signature campaign with high paying rate, if you are a spammer.

Both? The purpose of the company/business is to advertise their platform through users who make good quality posts. Though there are some other platforms that don't care about quality and just go for quantity.

Another forum e.g. cryptotalk.org is where the forum pay the user's post, previously they pay for 1000 satoshi per post, but now they're pay with their own shitcoin that doesn't worth any value. AFAIK the token only trade in their scam exchange e.g. yobit, so if you think you want to make money on that's forum, you wouldn't make anything.

In this forum you can join signature campaign if there's a spot, but there's no guarantee if the campaign will run forever, so just think it as a bonus.

IMO learning a program skill might better since you could make more money if you've mastered it.

That's the second, creating posts is just a specific requirement by the company and there really isn't a standardized assessment of post quality, depending on the manager's perspective. I have several times encountered users who are still paying just using a signature banner without a minimal post because it is quite reputable.

While signature campaign is primarily designed for business/service to create an advertisement and exposure to this bitcoin/crypto forum. The signature campaign manager is there to let the posts made by the participant is more on quality > quantity. That's why there are rules to be followed.

Although you might notice some campaign just accept spammers and let its participants spam, the community always discourage this kind, members usually give neutral to negative feedback to those who are considered as spammers.

Actually I had the same claim that compaign primary purpose from signature compaign is to advertise and spread their project although they will accept those who have high quality posts and we can say that Bitcointalk celebrities . All that you mention is the reason why companies paid you when you join on signature campaign but the main point is you are displaying there brand on your signature space when you post in the forum. You are a moving billboard that being paid to give exposure the company.

The quality of your post is the one that will attract customer and keep your post stay since moderator will delete any spam post that you made. This is the reason why you need both criteria that you mention if you want to get paid in a signature campaign.

Regarding the bolded part, that was maybe the case years ago but situation now is completely different. There's way more spots in signature campaigns than there are quality members and that happened due combination of increased amount of campaigns and decreased number of active members. Result of that is that even shitposters can get into one and earn decent amount of bitcoin.

Yes, most campaign managers will accept those users who are more trustworthy this include those staff, mods, escrow, high rated profiles, campaign managers as well. These are more like hiring influencers in the campaign to get more possible views and drive to the campaign/service that is advertised.

When a project wants to launch a signature campaign so they can promote their business in the forum using signature spaces of forum users. But they prefer and accept (that's actually their manager's job) only high-quality bitcointalk posters.

Because, obviously normal and regular users read and pay more attention to the posts which are better in quality, have good value, and contribute to the forum in some way. So, their signature ads gets more impressions from members when the posts are good and constructive which means a reward for quality and also serves the purpose of advertising.

You need to apply and the campaign manager picked you because you are a quality poster before you can participate in a bounty campaign and get paid for your participation it's not the forum that rewards you but the online companies that commissioned the campaign, the signature advertiser is a popular way to advertise products and services because of the discussions and topics and if the forum is popular like Bitcointalk many readers will see and read the discussions and that's where the signature banners play its part

The campaign manager is in the process of selection of their participants while the company itself will just pay for the advertisement. So, both are shouldering the responsibility of maximizing the potential results of the campaign.

I used to be a part of a forum that pays members for posting on their forum one of these is Bizindustry not promoting this forum but just giving you an example, but the payment per post is only a few cents, and the forum owners control the payment, here in Bitcointalk the control is on the third party which is the managers of the campaigns.
The signature space is one of the features of forum script and they allow the administrators or third party to monetize the forum, but in the case of Bitcointalk, it's the third-party managers that utilize its uses.

You get selected if the manager thinks you are a good quality poster, so that first point gets ruled out right at the beginning of joining. So the primary purpose of the campaign is the advertisement of the project. If you will remain in bitcoin paying signature campaigns which are the "cream layer" then you will feel as if the purpose of the campaign is to pay you.

Try visiting the altcoin bounty campaigns and get the information from their participants and your view will change, the participants are treated like shit there.

The main purpose is definitely for advertising. See, the forum have millions of members (not sure how many are active), so that's a good marketing if members would see their signatures in this forum. Of course, they will hire a campaign manager to choose the participants of the forum, and would hire those who are fit for the job.
