From what I know that old versions of Electrum are not handled by the servers. I am not familiar with how Electrum 1.7 was, but, based on the UI of current Electrum maybe you can try some things: * one direction could be to check if you have the seed symbol on bottom-right, or in menus (wallet->seed maybe?) and try to recover the seed, which then you enter in a new Electrum (which you should verify before you use, for your own money's safety, see https://bitcoinelectrum.com/how-to-verify-your-electrum-download/) * another direction could be to enable Addresses tab (view->show addresses) and for each funded address right-click and get the private key. Those private keys then you add into new Electrum (import addresses or private keys, see the info at the next step, ..) If one of these works and you need more help, ask more precisely.
I will add that keeping your wallet or seed online can get your coins stolen. Even doing this kind of operations on a computer connected to the internet is risky. I advise you get a hardware wallet as soon as you've recovered the 0.6 BTC, then move your coins into hardware wallet's safety. I also advise you ignore help on private channels (private messages, telegram, whatever) because they can easily lead to you getting scammed.

When was the last time you opened your wallet? I am curious to know because versions older than 3.3.4 (if I'm not mistaken) can not connect to the network and this has been the case for more than three years. The best thing you can do is to import your wallet seed or wallet file into a newer version (the latest is 4.33) and make sure to download it from the official website and verify its signature. You can also, in case V 1.7 allows exporting signed raw transactions, create a transaction sending all your coins to a new wallet you own, sign it with the current version then broadcast it using any online tool such as coinb.in Before doing any of the above, make sure to make more than one copy of your wallet file and save it in a safe place. Newer versions of Electrum will change the wallet format and if something goes wrong it will be almost impossible to fix it.

I have the seed symbol but i can't click anything after the error message.
What happens if you close the error message? Does Electrum stops / shuts down?! Also, did you try to also turn off the internet before starting that old Electrum? Does that error message still pops up?

Electrum stops and shut down once i close the message. If i try starting it without internet it says that it's not connected to a server. And once i connect to internet. The error message keeps popping up. After making some safety backups/copies of the wallet file (since it may get updated/modified) maybe you try your luck with newer versions, one step at a time, until you get , with some luck, to one that allows you do more with your seed of private keys. The download page from Electrum.org has a "previous releases" link containing versions from 1.8 onwards. Plus, I've also read that Electrum has change it seed types from 2.0 onwards, hence I guess that you'll need to recover private keys, not seed.

There's a section in Electrum where you can export your private keys as well, which should also be in really old 1.x versions, so if that menu entry doesn't crash Electrum too, that's how he can get his coins out. After recovering the private keys, sweep them to another wallet that is backed by a different seed phrase because it is difficult to secure private keys (just ask dashjr).

The old seed phrases can be imported into new versions of electrum. Take a look at the image below. It has been taken from the version 4.3.2. To OP:
I just download the portable version of electrum 1.8 to see how it works. (The version 1.7 isn't available on the official website.) In the version 1.8, to see your seed phrase, you should click on "Wallet" at top of the window and after that select "Show" and then "Seed". Most probably, the seed phrase can be seen in the version 1.7 of electrum in the same way. I recommend you to export your seed phrase and your private keys and save a new copy of the wallet file. After that, install the latest version of electrum.

Thanks for your suggestion But the main issues here is how i can open the electrum at all. It's saying " not connecting to blockchain try manually running resync.cmd " now i had run resync.cmd multiple times. Is there any other way i can run it Manually.

You have to find a newer Electrum that is not so keen to sync and can run as it is. Look at my other post and try with 1.8, 1.9, .. maybe you get lucky.

I think that the easiest may to: 1. Make a copy of the old Electrum Folder 2. Overwrite electrum-[version number]-portable.exe with the newer one. 3. Run the new exe.
I want to warn you that if you don't know yet where your wallet file (default_wallet or whatever) is, I wonder what you've backed up for safety. I surely hope you did backup the actual wallet file and not a link or the exe...

But the point is that the wallet is not functioning at all. Saying error attempted while trying to sync with the blockchain, try manually running resync.cmd “ https://ibb.co/K7fLQcCAs I see in the screenshot you shared, you have created a wallet in a new version of electrum. How did you create this wallet? Did you use the seed phrase/private keys or you simply opened the old file with the new version of electrum? Do you get error in both old and new versions of electrum?

-snip- The worst is that i had misplaced my seeds and master keys i only have just the files backed up on my onedrive. I would be very happy if you can assist me sir.
Just make a copy of your " electrum.dat" file and load it to the latest version of Electrum. That's your actual wallet file and it's still supported by version 4.3.3. ( latest as of now) Since it's a portable version, the file should be in the same folder where the portable electrum executable is located. To load it, simply download Portable Electrum from electrum.org/#download and verify it ( guide); Open it to create the " electrum_data" folder in the same directory, leave it, open that fodler, create a wallets folder inside it then paste the copy your electrum.dat that " wallets" folder. Go back to Electrum 4.3.3 portable and load that wallet ( Choose...) instead of creating a new one, if you somehow pasted it in the wrong directory, browse manually to that dir.
But I have one concern, the error that you get doesn't point to a valid " .cmd" file plus you said that it's v1.7 while the screenshot doesn't look like that version. I'd suggest you to check your PC's security and verify the current version of Electrum that you're using so you wont risk the funds by running a fake version or using a compromised system.

Maybe, OP has opened the old file that has been created with the version 1.7 with a new version of electrum and got that error due to some incompatibility between the versions. Is this possible? If that's the case, the problem should be solved if OP creates a new wallet with importing the seed phrase/private keys.

Note: i had tried loading the old wallet on new version but it not working i kept on receiving invalid wallet. Nothing is working out for me here.

It seems that you do have the wallet file. In the screenshot you shared from the new version of electrum you have around 0.55 BTC. Note: i had tried loading the old wallet on new version but it not working i kept on receiving invalid wallet. Nothing is working out for me here.
So, you get error when trying to open the wallet using the new version and it doesn't allow you to do anyhting. Right? What happens when you try to open the wallet with the old version (1.7)? Do you get error again? Doesn't it allow you export the seed phrase/private keys?
