Not sure what is happened to you, but are you using any VPN or maybe your ISP does blocking some gambling related sites? As long as I know secure connection failed can be caused by few different thing such as our ISP, Antivirus, VPN, etc. Maybe you can turn off your antivirus first or try to use incognito mode in chrome.
