Why will other members use the banner? They won't get any benefit with it. The reason why other members wear some casinos banner or signatures is because they are being paid to do so.

I don't know how long Maverick games have been in the business of gambling, but I know they only joined this forum of recent, it is very mandatory for every licensed casino to require KYC verification from its customers, but I do know that there are some new casinos that don't impose this rule on their users simply because they are still new and want to keep as much customers as possible.

So even if this casino have not made KYC verification a mandatory process for their users, as long as they are licensed and license is valid, KYC will be a must for every user in the long run.
