Some good news around here, at last.
Good luck with this new project, even though I have not bought any collectible, I am eager to see what kind of artistic work you guys will be able to pull off.

If everything goes okey, will you consider to mint silver and gold coins as well? even if they are not supposed to be funded?

we will only produce cards that will be the same size as the old Coldkey cards (credit card format)

It's good to see you're not getting discouraged after this setback with coldkey. It might sound silly, but maybe this incident had to happen for something new and better to come out of it. Cygan, you have my utmost respect for how you managed everything in this unfortunate situation. Not everyone would have done and managed that. So I wish you the best of luck for project icarus and I hope it will be successful!

This is surely the start of a very important project and continuing on from a foundations
of a failed one. There is no doubt with the crew who are involved now ^{Xprim777, Polymerbit,
Owlcatz and Cygan} that this is going to be massive.

The downfall of Coldkey has sparked this into life with new ideas and there is already
a very receptive audience waiting with anticipation for it to take full flight.

I started my Bitcoin collectibles collection with Polymerbit and will surely back this at
some stage.

Hopefully the trust of the old coldkey collectors (this CK word should be banned in future ) is not completely shaken. I hope that you will be given the chance and that you will use it by being as transparent as possible.
In any case it is an interesting constelation of the team. I am very happy to see @polymerbit (who has delivered first class designs with his notes) and @owlcatz (has managed all matters concerning Coldkey in the past - despite the known chaos ).

Again, another question: will polymerbit remain the only designer or will there be collabs for designs at Icarus as well?

What made cold key great was the absolute range of designers.

Exactly, I agree with you completely. Maybe we'll be lucky enough to see some of the old designers again.
1Dq, Kryptowerk, RYR or SatsLife come to my mind - all of them were special in their own way.
