What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone

For me Mobile for when I am in bed. That means I appreciate more to use the phone more before sleep and after sleep , only for getting fun.
And most of the time of the day I prefer to use my laptop. That means for doing some online tasks I always prefer to use a laptop than a Phone. It's sure that a laptop/desktop gives extra energy for doing all of the professional tasks.

I'm always on my phone since 2014. If I'm not mistaken I used a desktop once to access PD and that is like 5-6 yrs ago. I mainly play dice so gambling on a small screen is not an issue for me and nowadays I play while walking going to my destination. Actually, even at the farm, I'm playing when I'm having a rest. People I know and around use this forum all the time through desktop.  And they tell me they feel more comfortable on the desktop.  But in my case I always use phone like you. I have setup everything on my mobile phone.  Because in this case, even if I am out of the house, I can continue all my work as needed. So in this case I don't need to come back home as fast as I can do everything through my phone anywhere. But in this case I have to use flagship phone all the time.  I use the latest model of I phone for this

In my case, I use whichever I want to use. Most of the time, I will only use my phone when I want to lie down and have better relaxation while gambling. That's what I like about mobile devices.
On the other hand, I love using a desktop since it allows me to multitask and also lets me open multiple tabs and play more games that the casino is offering (e.g., playing multiple slots on different tabs at the same time).

We choose what makes us comfortable at the moment and if we are laying down and relaxing, maybe using a mobile device will be better than using a computer or laptop. So it doesn't depend on what tools are with us or when we are relaxing and then decide to gamble. But by using a desktop, we can use many browser tabs to do many activities alternately and make it easier for us to move from one tab to another.

I enjoy playing games at my favorite casino using a desktop, the screen is wide, and I can sit comfortably in my chair, phones are also good as you can play anytime, anywhere but I have a specific time to play casino and I can restrict myself from playing too much and besides playing on the phone will steal your attention on the most important thing that you do, because you have your phone all the time and you are tempted to play.

The phone is better if we are talking about practicality because you can bring it anywhere. I would use web-based apps so that they would be synced anywhere I go.

You are right on your first argument that phone screens are usually very small as compared to the desktop/laptop computer screens. You will not only face difficultly gambling on them, but it won't be much fun gambling on small screens.

However, when you say that you can't trust the apps, what do you mean by this. You should not trust any third-party apps but if the gambling site has an official app you can trust on it as you would trust the gambling official website.

Desktop is very good and much helpful but not always my thing,as I only use to for the  stuffs that my phone is limited to. Phone is so portable that you can be anywhere staking and nobody will know what you are doing.

As for me, i prefer the PC. But i have an access to my PC about 16-20 hours a day and it is easy to me to bet any moment. But not all people have such opportunity and the phone is always in the pocket. And there is a mobile browser in all the phones today. And if you often bet using the phone - you can stop using PC - you get used to gamble using the phone.

it sounds like almost 24 hours you are with your smartphone. yes, most people nowadays do it. do not want to be separated from their activities in the grasp.
but I don't think we will be continuing to monitor our betting or playing other games in the casino daily for a long time to come.
I'm a person who doesn't do that. even though every day I make a bet, I don't take more than 1 hour to access it. I always use a PC for that. and keep my smartphone for other activities. the display on the PC looks more complete to me.

This thread could use a simple poll to show the numbers. I'm sure we'd have more desktop users, but I wonder how much of a difference this would be.

I prefer to use my desktop due to some obvious phone limitations and lack of security via public networks. When I'm at home I have more control over the connection.
To be honest, my phone is also pretty slow. I had the same model for the last 5 years and it's not what it used to be. I prefer to get a fast PC than a phone since I spend much more time on my computer.

Yes, I agree with you. Laptop or desktop any of the two is really essential for professional work. Some times these work can be done with mobile device but it should not be acceptable. Generally mobile devices are better suited to work with shortcuts. Mobile devices play an important role in social media usage, checking personal messages or email notifications in any situation. Nowadays it is very useful for gambling. But for professional and important work I myself use laptop and sometimes desktop.

I also like to play more on desktop apps,even web based but sometimes I need to play relaxed even away from my family,well they don't have a clue what I am doing on my laptop or desktop but sometimes I need to play before sleeping relaxing to spin some slot machines and enjoying the play.I think it is not because they don't have a desktop or a laptop but it is because people like the comfort of the phone much more than that of a desktop,however as I said in desktop the graphics,the screen and everything else look better in a big screen.

I consider the ambiance of using a desktop suitable if I'm gambling as I've preferred not to move the screen left and right or up and down as it only distracts me. The wide view helps to clearly see what happened. However, we can find the advantage of using the phone for gambling as you can carry them wherever you are.
But anyways, it all depends on us as gamblers. We choose what we think is comfortable for us.

If it's about the ambiance, I think this will depend on the gambling site that we are using and not about devices. Some gambling site is just poorly built. There are some who only look nice on a large screen so pc/laptop will win here. There are some who look okay in desktop view but looks pretty sharp on mobile because they have a mobile application. I am not a fan of installing app on my phone.

I think the reason is because my phone isn't a high end one so I am afraid that it will lag and will affect the other apps that I primarily use, so I don't care even if the gambling site has a decent mobile app but I will still visit the gambling site in either my mobile browser or on my laptop.

I used both desktop and mobile for my betting. But I have more fun gambling on desktop and web based gambling websites. Especially on desktop, there are some options that can be easily handled, but if you do it on mobile, it is a little difficult and many times, mistakes are made due to wrong touch. Just like myself, I barely leave my phone behind because on my phone I can remotely do what ever I want to do as I do not go about with laptop so if I am to say, I do well with my smartphone unlike my laptop which I use basically for large documents uptime and other activities which requires high capacity files to work on. I do that mostly when I am billed to do that but the rest of he other activities are done with my phone and that has me going on with it smoothly without any form of challenges. I think I am now used to it as I do regular activities with my smartphone and sometimes, I try my best to see if I can be able to execute some task meant to be done with my desktop or laptop.

If someone can't afford a desktop, then that's a different matter, but considering everything, gambling on a computer or desktop always has a benefit, big screen, then almost all casino games can be played. Moreover, the website will run slightly faster on desktop than on mobile.
However, it is admitted that mobile betting placement for out-of-home use is not bad. I've done it myself a few times. But if you want to have the real fun of casino I prefer a desktop. Because nowadays some casinos have provided facilities like live casinos and its enjoyment can be fully enjoyed only on a desktop.

I'm using my mobile for most daily tasks and also gambling. Not sure what exactly do you mean by "people that do not use a browser"? You mean like mobile app users? Not all websites have mobile apps, besides mobile apps consume lots of space on my mobile and I hate those push notifications so I'm trying to use websites instead if possible.
