Well I had to start trying to use more of desktop to phone and I don't really think it's a nice one maybe for me because I really didn't find it convenient to use but rather to complex for me and at all day and all time, I would rather prefer to use my phone since it has more of advantage rather than disadvantages maybe to me because I can't speak for others.

Yeah, I think most casinos have developed a mobile friendly app for gamblers, before it is not a must, I think earlier there are no mobile app but all games are just being play using our desktop and laptop. But that's how everything evolved, and with mobile phone at our finger tips, everyone now are also in the competition of having a good mobile app that will bring the same experience as say vs a desktop or even land base casino.

I don't see it as limitation on the casinos end, it is an opportunity to expand their target market as well an innovative action taken by the business owner. What's with spending and paying a handful of programmers/IT people to keep the app up to date versus the number of potential players who loves to play using the app on their mobile? The number would not be even close if you have like a thousand users using the app.

Well, that is exactly what I thought, there is no need to compare them, both devices are useful to us and each of us has a preference for which to use. That is a very valid point. Mobile browsers also displays annoying popups, redirects to different URLs, downloads automatically if not managed in settings etc...
On the other hand, mobile apps these days explicitly require us to grant them permissions to access our storage and settings.
Apps are easier to manage when compared to phone browsers. But it's always best to use desktop browsers instead for a better user experience.
