I like your idea but these people won't reveal that they are having some shady thing that they are dealing with at the moment. That's why knowing that they're struggling and they're leading their thoughts to suicide, they are not as vulgar as you think. So, you won't hear what you want to hear from them. But that's a good idea and if someone you can spot on possibly dealing with a dark situation, you can come by and start a conversation if that person needs some help and if they wanted to be heard even if it's just a casual talk so that they can release what's inside of them.

But I have heard some other things that have made people take their lives, like things that has to do with atrocities, taboo. There are so many crimes that are happening to women including men too which the government need to put sanction in place to stop them. A lot of women are being raped on a daily basis in every corners of the world especially in a region that doe not have the security in place. In my country, stress is one of the last things that will make anyone take their life because we are used to stress already in my country. From birth to death of an average Nigerian is characterized by stress. I will give you the list of some of the things that make Nigerians commit suicide;
1. Heart break: This is popular among young people who don't know what love is.
2. Losses: When one loses all they acquired, either through scam or failed business.
3. Abuses: When someone is continuously abused in a relationship.
4. Poverty and hunger: This although appeared in the end, but it is the most frequent.

Lack of self-worth can make someone commit suicide. When you see yourself to be useless and good for nothing other than death, suicide seems to be the better option. Condemnation and guilt is the root cause of this. Guilt of past mistakes can hunt one and it takes the mercy of God for someone to escape it.

In my opinion, stress shouldn't be considered as a factor that can lead to suicide but depression should be the best description of factor that can lead anyone into commiting suicide but how far, I don't think if there is anything reasonable enough for one to commit suicide, reason been that it doesn't provide a solidify solution for the problem rather you should seek for a professional help, talk to family and friends, change environment, do things that makes you happy like listening to musics, singing, swimming, and any other thing that makes you happy. Suicide shouldn't be an option in whatever situation/circumstances we find ourselves. I will say people do that out of ignorance.
