I am not a supporter of creating a lot of topics (usually meaningless, as is not so rare on this forum), but if I have something to say or ask, then I do it. Today is just such a case, and it so happened, again, by a coincidence, that this is my 2500th post.

Crypto community has been waiting for a long time for the bitcoin’s mass adoption and the introduction of BTC into the global financial system along with the dollar and the euro. People want to see btc at every turn in everyday life.

You can't imagine my surprise when this happened to me and I saw the BTC logo on cookies in a candy store. Looking more closely, I saw other monetary symbols in the package. At that moment, my first thought was “This is it! What all have been waiting for. Finally, Bitcoin was added to world currencies on an equal footing!

Looks like a huge treasure, doesn't it?  Wink

Cookies with white chocolate-like icing on one side and embossed currency logos on both sides.

Disclaimer: This post is a joke and should not be taken seriously. It is acceptable only for BTC-cookies, which, by the way, turned out to be quite tasty.

It's funny that someone thought to put the bitcoin logo on a cookie cutter in a candy factory. I don’t even know if this was done deliberately and consciously, or without a proper understanding of the value of bitcoin and accidentally. In any case, either btc mass adoption is already close to us, or the marketing departments have understood the prospects for such innovations. After all, I fell for their trick and bought cookies, right. Smiley

It would be interesting to know what other food products you have seen the bitcoin logo on?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

It probably was done to attract attention just as it did. Global mass adoption cannot be second guessed as you would experience it fully in your day to day activities. A smart employee probably suggested that they add it to their list of currencies.

It would be interesting to know what other food products you have seen the bitcoin logo on?
None in real life, but there were some good ones in the pizza contests that has been held on the forum.

I saw your posts in the Russian locale. If your country is Ukraine, then this is quite acceptable for it, since this country is very actively promoting cryptocurrencies. And if you saw such cookies on the shelves of Russia, then this is twice as surprising, since there is no such popular opinion about the value of Bitcoin. There is more of a negative background in mass news.
And perhaps the designer of these cookies is a desperate Bitcoiner who is promoting Bitcoin in this way. Honor and praise to such confectionery factories. It's always a good idea to draw on information from a variety of sources, whether it's Bitcoin cookies or a Bitcoin dress at the Miss Universe pageant. Cheesy

I like it mate. I always feel happy every time I see stuff like this.

During 2017, I was also thinking of printing some shirts and stickers with the bitcoin logo but in the end, I didn't do it because I want to remain private and not give people a clue that I am a bitcoin believer. The same thing happened last 2018, I was so tempted to put some bitcoin stickers on the cars and some stuff on my new house. But the same privacy issue always stopped me from doing it. It's funny that some of my bitcoin stickers, cards, and other collections remained hidden. I do not want them to be given too. Cheesy

I absolutely love the cookies! They look very well made as well as exceptionally delicious. Is that on to top part of the cookie a white chocolate plate? Nicely done to whoever made that! The finished result looks amazing and I love seeing the Bitcoin business community so proactive! If one were to decide to sell or reward the cookies to the Bitcoin fans, I think that one could make a nice amount of money and/or become very well liked. I am not trying to turn this into some kind of a business extension or anything, I am just saying.

I swear I'm quite surprised to see the Bitcoin symbol printed on some cookies (looking tempting) but I wouldn't be at all surprised to know that the one who decided to print it did it without knowing what it is, the most plausible solution is that downloaded a series of monetary symbols from the internet and in the middle there was also Bitcoin.  Can we know the brand of the biscuits?  and even if they are good?  Smiley

Your damned right at OP, it does look tasty.
It's good to see that, some entrepreneurs who are bitcoin enthusiast aren't taking it easy with bitcoin promotion.

There is usually a conditioning of the mind that comes with familiarity in which, you become curious or at least not scared of what have been presented to you several times. This would be the case with the cookies. Not typically investing in cryptocurrency but, a way to create some more publicity and enable people to recognise it for the currency that it is, hevant featured amongst other cookie currencies.

It's gradual but we are getting there!

I have seen bitcoin tattoos, posters, etc. but btc logo on food products is something I have not seen yet.
Im sure those cookies will taste extra delicious during the upcoming bull run 😁.
I feel like I should hire a chef for myself to make me and my family bitcoin based food everyday. Healthy and happy lol. Wink

They look very good and I love white chocolate. So I would not mind to pay for a little bag of those.
Also, it would be cool if somehow became a commercial product.

But I would go further and sell white chocolate bitcoins in the collectors sub-section of the forum. Each loaded with actual Bitcoin.
The challenge would be to avoid eating them before unloading their balance  Wink

It might be a marketing strategy, but putting the bitcoin logo side by side with other leading currencies of the world in these cookies is an indication that bitcoin has become a force to be reckoned with. I am sure my country's currency logo would not be on the cookies because we are an emerging nation. I have this uncommon joy each time I see people creating more awareness about bitcoin no matter how small because I am sure that one or two persons might know about the currency through these little efforts. You can also buy the cookies and send them to some family and friends as gifts.

it's very funny that there are people who pioneered ideas like that, but it's very creative, those who have ideas maybe based on a love for bitcoin, make this bitcoin cake.
and the important thing is that it is positive, useful, and can be eaten too.

That's right, something small sometimes makes a bigger impact.
many discoveries in this world, which were underestimated and considered normal, have become famous and extraordinary at this time.
an example of one of them is
~ Coca Cola was discovered by John Pemberton, a pharmacist and he took the initiative to make a drink made from grapes and coca extract, which is useful for treating headaches and nervous disorders.
and it is possible that this simple idea will make bitcoin more widely known throughout the world.

This is interesting and lovely to see bitcoin not only adopted but also seen among the recognized reputable currency, it's such an amazing that the company producing such candy would have adopted bitcoin as well for them to have listed it in its logo, at the other hand, i will like to also congratulate you for making this 2500th post achievement and i see you attaining 5000 and beyond, it's also serve as a motivation on us to also strive and work hard in giving all the best we can in our capacity to the forum, bitcoin will always the top financial economy priority in the digital world.

I have read your comments in the posts above and will respond here.

- I still assume that the BTC-logo fell into the hands of the cookie designer by accident, and not because he is a desperate crypto enthusiast or it was so conceived by the prudent marketing manager of the confectionery.

- Pizza contest doesn't count. This food product is prepared at home, and not on an industrial scale (even if the confectionery is small).

- If someone wants to get cookies (a little bag of those) from the pictures above, then write me a PM. Grin (joke)

- In the end, I have a question: why hasn't anyone thought of mass-producing such cookies (or other food) to attract new customers? Imagine, chokopie or something similar with bitcoin logo. This can be especially true during the hype.

In general, even such simple cookies with btc logos will definitely find a buyer. Bitcoin community is vast. Someone wants to buy out of curiosity, someone for fun, and someone for a gift to friends and family.

P.S.  I'm running to open my bakery right now before I've posted all my ideas. Wink

I dunno if this is not the other way around since the war began. Bitcoin has been a way for Russian people to access goods outside of Russian space due to the economic blockade. Therefore, I do believe that it is possible that the popular opinion about Bitcoin in Russia has changed a lot, and is now far away from the notion we have about it.

Cheesy

I guess you cannot say the cookies were  probably a creation from a desperate Bitcoiner trying to promote Bitcoin, but rather a Bitcoin Entrepreneur that found a tasty way of promoting the coin and with that, earning some coins

Why not - I think there are already slightly more Bitcoin enthusiats around than we may think. - Placing the B on some cookies, why is that "desperate"?
It happened to me a few times recently, casually talking about this and that with people I barely knew and to my suprise they were kinda well educated on Bitcoin. Just regular, normal people, working normal jobs.
Very happy to see things like this, the combination of these "events" could be a sign for a slow but steady mass-adaption coming.

Still funny, that a cookie sparks these thoughts, maybe I am in too deep at this point to think objectively. lol

Get educated about Bitcoin. Check out Andreas Antonopoulos on Youtube. An old but gold talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rc744Z9IjhY

In my country we've got cookies embossed with alphabets. Those cookies were given to kids, so that they can learn the alphabets in an easier way. This candy store have made themselves connected to the technology uplifting and are trying to make business out of it. Looking at the cookies I feel like making these kind of cookies will help people know about the existence of bitcoin, which is similar to Dollar and other currencies that are being used around the world.

If he only works there then maybe the people behind it are the real ones who are a solid BTC enthusiast and the baker is only being ask to print those logos. Pizza contest is a kind of contest but who knows maybe there are already business man/woman who put BTC logos on their pizza aside from accepting BTC as one of their payment methods, only to give honour to that pizza guy also because if not because of him then maybe BTC won't go this far.

Not all who got involve into BTC are a member of this forum and not all of them have the time to post what they are doing outside so we only think that less or no one who did the same thing but there are lots of them on different places actually. Good Luck on your business. It seems that you badly got inspired after seeing those BTC cookies and you want to help them spreading the word BTC Cheesy.
