Just enjoying my first Bitcoin bull run.

This bull run is giving me and my friends so much joy. When we were accumulating people were mocking us. One even advised me to change my coin to Ustd but I kept the faith and was patient. Some are saying it is the bull run and others are saying it is a bull trap. Most people who have lost money are warning that this bull trap is to attract investors and there might be a fall in price because they think the bull run would start next year. Other bitcoin hardcores are saying that the bull is already in the bitcoin space.  

For now, I am enjoying the profit feelings because I knew bitcoin in the bear season, this is my first bull season. It was bad to look at your wallet and always discover that you have lost for months, it was emotionally stressful. Since I went through some emotional stress during the bear run, I must enjoy every bit of this bull season. Its good to look at your wallet and discover that you are making money doing nothing.

It's true you make money when you sell but I usually compare the price/ worth of bitcoin with dollars. And there is always a feeling that your coin is appreciating.
As for my emotion I was a new bitcoin holder and gradually I became used to the price situation.

When it's anything related with money, I wouldn't ever tell to tell or discuss with anyone including my closest friend.

One of the reason has been pointed out by @OP where he get mocked by other people (I assuming it's his friend) so you will lose your confident and your emotional will play more than your logic. Even if you're successfully stand with your choice e.g. holding your coin, not convert it to USDT, after then you will mock them back and they would mad to you.

There's a chance your friendship will ruined and they might attack you when you're already success.

I don’t listen to the so called bitcoin hardcores giving financial advice, most don’t know what they are talking about. They will say anything to get the views and subscribers. I hate to burst your bubble but this is isn’t a bull run, bitcoin is still at 20-21k range which is very far from its previous ATH. Like you said you’re a newbie in profits and its quite understandable you term the current price as a bull run.

I remember having the same feeling when I began hodling bitcoins. I would check my wallet every chance I got to know if I’m in profits or not. It’s not healthy at all, and I will advise you focus on accumulating for long term gains, if you’re not selling anytime soon there’s no point checking your wallet everyday.

Don't get your hopes up too much. While we've seen a good bounce, it doesn't mean we're out of the bear just yet. We can just as easily drop down lower than the current low just as quick or maybe quicker than the recent bounce.

Three years after bitcoin halving is always bull run, bear market will also occur, but people that buy when the price was low do not lose. Some people believe that bull run would be 2024, definitely it will likely be like that, but we are also expecting some bull market in 2023.

All I believe is that from January 1 2023 to 2025, the market will favour the bulls the most, but there might be some bear market especially in 2023.

Good for you but know that this isn't the bull season in full, but i will regard it as a signal for it coming soon,but being your first experience it's good that you termed it your first bull run, this is part of the profitability that comes in with bitcoin if you buy the dip it will surely gives you a better profit to take in along with time, there are times as well it can run dip but that doesn't change the fact that it's profitable since it's a volatile digital currency, there will always be a surge to run the price high whenever it's low.

I would call the current situation a solid recovery and a return to the level where Bitcoin would have been had some very bad things not happened (Kwon&Bankman). Some may have been surprised, others not - but the beginning of the year began with very good economic results on the stock market, as well as predictions that the central banks will not be too harsh in raising interest rates this year.

This is definitely not the big bull run that comes after the halving (at least it was like that in the past), but for those who took advantage of the opportunity and bought cheaply like the OP, everything that is happening seems like the beginning of a beautiful story in the financial sense. That might be great news for you unlike most people that are still hodling when Bitcoin was still in its all time high.
So you won't expect people that got their Bitcoin when the price was Approximately $50,000 to $60,000 to be celebrating because the price of Bitcoin has risen from $15,000 to $23,000. Not until the price get to $40,000 or more I still won't consider it has a bull run.

But I still have hope that we're going to see the better side of Bitcoin before  the year runs out. So just keep hodling

This is not even the real bull run season. Just take note to not become greedy on taking profit because this kind of growth is not organic. There’s a high chance that Bitcoin bear enter again once bulls show some exhaustion with this rally. The number of Bitcoin short position is very low and this is the reason why there’s no hurdle for the price to pump.

All that buyers aim is to have profit. I’m sure they will take profit at some point once bulls weaken. Enjoy and secure profit as always.

Although we have recovered from the irritating $16-$18k range and now trading at $23k which is positive sign for the market pumps but calling it a complete bull run is still in early phase so I am waiting for few weeks period to see it whether it fluctuates to go down or keep up the same pace with growth in charts.But I also hope the prices surge to our expected profits level so if you have invested in bitcoin so keep hold of your coins patiently and see the next actions.

It is true as per history, a big bull run does not come 1 year or longer before a Bitcoin halving. A next halving of Bitcoin block reward is in 2024 so it is realistic to say a new bull run has yet come.

Bitcoin has a mini bull run but profit is good enough so if you want to take profit, do it and enjoy. If you want to hodl it for longer time and better profit, let's do it too. Even this mini bull run is a bull trap, if you hold your bitcoins long enough, you will not lose that profit or get loss.

Other bitcoin hardcores are saying that the bull is already in the bitcoin space.  

Year by year, since 2009, Bitcoin is bullish especially if you look at Yearly Minimum price of Bitcoin.

Currentlu we are still not into the bull run phase most likely it happen on the time of after the halving times. currently, we are sitting at the bottom of the price with the range of 16-20k usd and we are now trying to break and test if the whales now are going for the mini trend line check with the price of Fibonacci sequence still need to confirm the golden rule line.

Don't listen to the guy who has been scoffing at you let alone telling you to convert to USDT he probably doesn't know anything about bitcoin so that's all he knows is fiat money you are better now surviving the bear market and now an early recovery but I hope to stay hold bitcoin or keep adding it so that your profit becomes even bigger.

Lol,,, it's surely hilarious but, we've got to leave it to them.

I won't say I have experienced much of the bullrun but, I Sort of met it or noticed rather but, the bear market is one I felt it's weight and you seem to mutter a prayer unconsciously in your mouth each time you check the charts.

So having to see some pump as we have it now will definitely put smalls in the face of those that recently started holding but, for holders that have been around for longer, they know better and I think sooner, new investors would get to know that too.
So smile when you can at OP, it's not always an easy market out here.

I am a much older Bitcoin holder in relation (not that old, in reality, as there are those that have been here since the early 2010s), and I still get excited a bit when here is a market pump, even though I have no plan of selling.

About your emotion, you would never actually become immune to the market changes, or at least, I haven't. But you would develop a lot of insensitivity to it and would not react in anyway.

If its your first season holding bitcoin then you can enjoy this market situation. But don't sell now and make your bag empty when the real bull run starts you may miss the opportunity. Just control your emotions
