Monetary gain is honestly the main reason why I'm still here in the crypto scene. There's just a lot of money to be had in crypto that the opportunity is extremely hard to pass on. Other investment schemes may give you stability in the long run, but the amount of money you should have to enter their market is extremely high, thus not making it as viable and as affordable as it should be. Also, in crypto, profits can easily be realized not unlike stocks, gold, or any other investments out there that movement takes months or even years to happen.

I came before ATH happened and bitcoin was so popular and there was no significant increase yet.
came to cryptocurrencies just to know what crypto is and trading. Trying to learn to trade self-taught, using bitcoin as the first coin to learn trading.
Bitcoin made me know crypto until now, not because bitcoin is the hype it is today, but more as a profitable investment in the future.
Bought in 2016 and then held it until the price hit the highest ATH in 2017. I made a lot of profits and started all trades well so far. I also expand on ICO, IEO, staking and other projects.

I have been looking for profits from new projects, of course the profits that are obtained are not without loss, this must have been experienced by anyone, but right now I can only survive with the bitcoins I have. as long as purchases at low prices will be held for a long time.

But now that the market looks to be recovering I would expect more to bounce off of this recovery, at least to be able to make a comeback from some of the current hype.

Besides, crypto is the easiest asset to be invested in,  it doesn't requires any lengthy procedure nor does it require certain degree of skill and knowledge.

I have to say it is my work mainly, but it was always a distrust to government. I mean no person in the world likes their government 100%, even if you voted for your president, you think they could have done a better job at certain things and because of that not everyone trusts them and yet for some reason people still use their money.

I, on the other hand, use crypto which is a lot better because it is not tied to any government, and even though the price can change because of governments, bitcoin itself won't change and that's why it's a lot harder for anyone to ruin it. Fiat could be ruined overnight with a decision from the government, but crypto doesn't have that because nobody controls it.

My main interest in crypto industry is Bitcoin, as that is the best investment for long term goal. Altcoins and its sub-divisions can be profitable opportunities to grow your portfolio, but due to the risk and the lack of potential on long run, I prefer to be careful with them, letting them where they belong: in second plan.

About those people who came in 2020 moved by the hype of NFTs, staking and DeFi, I would tell them to be more realistic regards what they expect from this market. Crypto isn't shining all the time, and those looking for unrealistic opportunities of gains are under severe risk of completely losing their investments. So, don't be greedy and don't let altcoins obfuscate your focus that should be in BTC, the most precious and valuable crypto asset among all!

The money that I can make is the prime reason. Next thing I doesn't have much knowledge trading stocks and I find cryptocurrency trading to be much easier. The increasing adoption will surely cause big change in the price. Looking ways to enjoy the same I'm into cryptocurrency at the moment. I was one among the list to miss the previous ath. Those that are staking are even going to see more profits if they've got a larger fund with regards to their staked coin. But if it's too minimal and low, yeah, there's still a gain but it's not too much and you may just be discouraged upon looking at those gains.
Everyone who's into crypto is hard to get out because we're all living and believing that this is going to more progressive and known market and it's just getting started.

Making money. It has been a wild ride with ups and downs but i've never made as much money as in my life with anything then i made with trading altcoins and nfts. I am not even telling my friends. Sure now i have lost everything but i've risen from $200 to $20k many times. It's laughable how volatile markets are and how you can strike gold when you know what to look for and obviously you need some luck with it.

Well they want to gain money of course, Almost everyone is struggling during the pandemic season and people are losing their jobs, Most of us is trying to survive by finding a way to earn money and crypto is one of the way to make money at that time. Let's be honest, Most of them just want to ride the bull market and earn monetary value and just don't care what is the real happening behind the bull market at that time. This is why there are many people who are getting traumatized after experiencing a bear market after the bull market because they only expect the market to go up and up for a short period of time. We can expect another surge of people flocking into crypto when we are nearing or during bull market again given that everyone wants to milk it and make money from it.

When Bitcoin price is really high, it mean the other altcoin's price is really high too because most of altcoin will follow Bitcoin price. It's really risky to buy altcoin during Bitcoin bull run because when Bitcoin price is drop, the altcoin price will drop more lower.

It should also be underlined that investing is taking risks. so if you want to invest in crypto you also need to consider every coin you want to invest, make sure that the coin is listed on a big market, say BTC or some other top altcoin ETH/BNB. do not forget to use cold money and monitor the coins you invest so as not to miss the opportunity to sell.

It's all I have known since leaving the university, I studied as a building engineer perhaps I should have studied computer sciences instead, but I digress since 2019 I have been earning from various avenues in the crypto space.

I don't see any other way aside from becoming a solidity developer or something in the IT field, I mean don't get me wrong I absolutely love cryptocurrency, but the current trend leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm in and out of crypto since 2011. I lost my interest during this long bear as I lost quite a bit and there were not enough price movement for me to stick to it. Now I believe it's time to collect some coins for long term. I've lost a good amount in defi coins and NFTs so I don't even want to think about them. I'm going traditional with holding bitcoin and a few old alts. I'm even following Web3.0 but haven't made up my mind whether to invest on anything related to it or not.

As far as I can remember, the crypto winter didn't last that long.  The crypto world is always going through processes, everyone realizes the great potential at the start of this new year 2023… it is a very impressive start after a prolonged decline.  Trust has always been in bitcoin and that is a big motivator.  What I like the most is keep taking time to accumulate savings and keep investing buy dip and hold, this is the best time to do it.
