Hello all, tell me what documents are required HitBTC?
I sent - withdrawal of cash in a few days then depositing cryptocurrency, crediting wages.
I'm trying to get through to support, but no results - they just do not say what exactly they need.
Maybe someone on the forum has dealt with this?

Kindly note that we have thoroughly checked all the information you've provided, and, unfortunately, it can't be accepted as a valid source of funds report. We will not be able to proceed any further until the actual source of funds of the transaction in question is provided.

Please provide us with an actual source of funds, and we'll be happy to proceed.

Do not use HitBTC, they have high transaction fee and they do seize users coin or freeze users account, asking the user to provide KYC documents.

Hello all, tell me what documents are required HitBTC?
Normal documents like driver's license, national identity card or international passport. It has been long I used the exchange, because of high withdrawal fee and when many people are complaining about freezing of their account.

Where did the funds come from and what was the proof you provided that they didn't accept?

I found this article by BitPanda which should give you an idea of what you should provide[1] for both fiat and crypto deposits. It's a different exchange, but I don't see why it wouldn't apply for HitBtc.

If you did provide the required documents, then as mentioned above, HitBtc is a very shady exchange. It's very possible that this has nothing to do with them complying with the regulations.

HitBTC are KYC scammers. Basically, they wait until you build up a balance on your account, then they freeze your withdrawals and ask you to provide all sorts of information. Their hope is that you cannot provide the information, or they put you through so many hoops that you give up.

Their KYC system is not used on any other regulated exchanges. Meaning it's completely fabricated by them; fabricated to be deliberately confusing and difficult.

Is the amount of credit you had large? Is it the first type of withdrawal that you made? Or at least a large withdrawal?
They are selective scammers because they see you using the platform and even if you are breaking the rules of the platform and when you start to withdraw problems start to happen.
Therefore, review their terms of service and remember in the future not to deposit any additional money and that this platform is famous for scamming users.

Oh amazing that hitbtc still alives until now. I really thought they are already closed their exchange. Ive once used this platform during the time I had some airdrop on which the tokens listed on their exchange and they got a lot of requirements just to do or perform the transaction like even the fee for the said transaction was too high and the interface was not so good and not friendly user. I guess OP you should not use this shitty platform.

Cryptocurrency was bought with fiat.
Were provided - bank statement with payroll, cash withdrawal statement.
But they  say = "actual source of funds"
Previous statement is less than a week old. I sent a new one

Are you officially settled at your job?try to take a document from the accounting department about the accrual of funds to you and the account number where they were received. That your salary is credited to the bank from which you provided all the documents to the exchange. If the amount is large, then send all the documents to the exchange and withdraw your funds as quickly as possible.Good luck to you.

Income tax return documents is the best proof for source funds aside from submitting pay slip from your employer. Tax record shows where do you get all your funds including your job, side hustle and business. I never done KYC on Hitbtc but asking for proof of funds is out of the line for crypto exchange to ask because they are not giving you the loan and they don’t have any rights to ask where your funds came from.

How money you stuck in there? Hitbtc is a scam exchange and many users from the best that share experience like you for having a hard time to complete KYC. They will just prolong the process until you give up,

Probably they were asking for salary slip which confirms that you're getting paid for your work officially but I don't remember any exchange asked for such sensitive details to prove the source of funds, in most cases providing the bank account is enough and they will let you to clear the withdrawal.

As most others said they're known for their shady behaviour so create accusation against them and tag them on any media as possible to bring their light towards this which may help you to some extent.

I think they asked you for source information from the point before your bank account was funded. It's actually kind of silly if they also want some of the company's payroll documents. As far as I can remember, there is no solution dealing with this exchange. In fact, I doubt that they have even had the slightest initiative to release locked user funds.

I wonder why you used HitBTC at first place. At least you could have gone through the reviews before making any deposits there.
HitBTC has had issues in the past with users getting their accounts frozen and hence their funds lost.
There are other established exchanges that you could have used. All you can do now is try contacting them through different means such as customer support, social media handles, email etc...
Once you get are in contact with them ask them what do they need to get you the access to your account.

Hitbtc is known for having a bad service and one of the worst exchanges out there, it's sad that you have been asked for a verification through the source of your funds and if they're not taking the one you've provided then you have to provide what it's like to them as a legitimate source.

So, if they're asking you for a genuine source of funds then that's all you need to provide for them to proceed with your verification just as what they've said at the latter message to you.

it's too late.. my money is stuck there. My question about Source Of funds ..
This exchange had a habit of asking KYC with different kinds of documents, sometimes on different language, they will ask one document after another until its users give up their stuck money there which is very unfortunate.

I wonder why you used HitBTC at first place. At least you could have gone through the reviews before making any deposits there..
Click bait marketing ads, too good to be true offer ads, or probably this is only available exchange where OP's tokens got listed. Like you did, i always wonder why people still use such shitty exchange, a single "hitbtc review" in google will give you lots of reasons why you should avoid them in the very first place.

I worked on Hitbtc exchange and I made withdrawal many times before but I didn't get such problem, the amount I withdraw was small but it seems like you want to withdraw big amount so they try to evade withdrawal by asking for documents.

Hitbtc rating is bad and they have a bad reputation, they have many problems like the price of some coins is different from the market price, also the withdrawal fee is very high.

I know they ask for KYC to withdraw large sums, but the request for "an actual source of funds" I've never heard of, I think this is fraud and they try not to pay.

It's very possible that this has nothing to do with them complying with the regulations.
I get the feeling that this is probably the case here, and as I think I said in my post in the other thread OP started, I'm skeptical that HitBTC is under much regulation at all.  There have been enough scam accusations against them that I bet them asking customers for proof of funds is one of the ways they steal funds.  No doubt some users either can't or wouldn't produce that info, and HitBTC knows that.

I wish I could help with your question, OP, but I've never dealt with that kind of request.  This looks like you're in a situation where whatever information you provide is ever going to be enough to satisfy them--but again, good luck in sticking it to 'em.  They're a shitty exchange all around.

Simply stop using fucking exchange. Have you made deposits in fiat and withdrawals in cryptocurrency? Otherwise, why would they ask about your income? Even if they are hardly regulated, they shouldn't inquire about your income if you have deposited cryptocurrency and are attempting to withdraw it as well. I think it's just an attempt at fraud. They'll show terrible terms and conditions and seize users' funds. Select a trustworthy exchange rather than some filthy garbage.
