Your address shouldn't change from legacy to segwit just because you changed your received funds. Can you see the funds when you check the "1..." address in a block explorer?

Go to your Blockchain account -> "Wallets and addresses" page, find your wallet, I believe by default it's called "Private key wallet" then click "Manage". You should then be able to see both SegWit and legacy addresses.

Your accusation isn't justified, Blockchain.com didn't steal anything. If you backed up all the data they gave you, you should be able to recover your private key even without using Blockchain.com. After that, you may want to consider using your own wallet instead of a web wallet.

First make sure you import the account with the same private key. You will of course receive your btc when you import the wallet with the original private key.  Even if your wallet changes in this case.  For example, in coinbase wallet, if you copy a bitcoin address by clicking (Received) once, and if you receive bitcoins at that address, then when you copy the wallet later, you will notice that the previous wallet has changed.  But your bitcoins will be fine in the balance. Maybe that's how it works.

On the other hand, you should follow the guide provided by OmegaStarScream to see which of your SegWit and legacy is selected as default and which one you receive bitcoins.
Go to your Blockchain account -> "Wallets and addresses" page, find your wallet, I believe by default it's called "Private key wallet" then click "Manage". You should then be able to see both SegWit and legacy addresses.

BIG WINNER!

Did you triple check the address before sending? Another possibility is you have a malware in your system. There's one that messes with your clipboard where the address pasted would be different from what you intended to copy -- basically sending funds to a scammer.

@Sherif1258, can you confirm that it is a wallet that you created and used in the past without problems? It seems to me that you may have several accounts and that you may have mixed them up, although I would not rule out that it is an internal error, which were not rare in the past when it comes to this service.

Even though it's only 0.0003 BTC in that address, you shouldn't share your password.

Perhaps there's a problem with your blockchain.com account. Try importing your seed in electrum using a clean device, see: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed/. Make sure to select bip39 and legacy addresses during the process. You can then use "ctrl+F" to search for your address.

If you decided to follow the above instructions, try to click "Detect existing accounts" (above) instead of selecting 'legacy'.
That way, Electrum will try to find most of the common derivation paths up to their last used account index.
