I think until a certain point, children should be kept away from bitcoin. Given the specifics of your country, as you say. There are some types of businesses that is not expected of adults to introduce to Minors.
No matter how lucrative the business is you are not supposed to introduce it to minors, especially if that business is not legal within your country of jurisdiction or Residence and also if that business is too risky to be handled by a child.

Since bitcoin is banned in your country there is no need to charge your children to not obey the laws and also the Bitcoin is a Risky Business just like gambling, it is not good to introduce to children that cannot handle losses
