I think you are on Crack buddy. I consider myself in the top 2 of managers on this forum and only charge a max of 15%. With my 15% the company gets my reputation and what that may bring to a project as well as me being the 7th most recognized name on this forum. Who are you? What have you done to command 35% lmao. I didn't know asking for my worthy time is scum in someone's eyes, you ask 15% because that's your value of time, I've nothing against it and I wouldn't call you scum based on that.

Thats still a lot if its a high budget campaign. I guess some reputable managers would take far less than that. And also, never send funds first to a new manager or to one who is first timer. It might be risky , ; you must use escrow with them.

I know everyone has to start at some point, but do you expect people to hire you when they have all these people with experience to choose from. What can you offer that they cannot? Why should participants trust you to pay them when you could run with the money at any time?

10% of the budget is a lot. A campaign that pays people $100 with 20 participants has a monthly budget of 8000 dollars, so you'd like to be paid 800 a month for a few hours of work. That's a good deal for a newbie, don't you think?

Publicly replying to PMs is a very bad practice, consider buying a copper membership here on the forum, and you will increase the daily limit of sending PMs.
also, several proven managers with a high reputation have already been recommended to you, maybe you can start from there, with the help of telegram for fast and more efficient communication.

This should be in a private conversation every manager has their own ways of dealing with prospective clients, we are not in a contest on who has the best offer to manage your campaign, you can do two things, you leave your telegram handle or upgrade your account to copper account, this is to get the best of private conversations.
You did not even mention what kind of project you are going to launch for a marketing campaign, so managers will have an idea of how to approach you.
