The under was looking so good for Q1 until both teams decided to drop 4 goals each in the second half. I even thought Q5 was fucked, thinking it was PSV instead of PSG.

Even though we dropped an early point, at least we still have four more questions to go through.

I believe the highlight of this remains how spectacular the division 1 representatives were for the cup round, and we are just going to keep the BSFL cup in house for this season onwards, the next thing we are coming for is the LMS, so you lots from other mediocre divisions had better watchout.

(1) How can I join the competition?

The current round is still underway, but you can still participate in the last few rounds for fun if you ask the organisers and they agree. You can also play for a small mBTC amount or for fun if you find an opponent.

All the rules are on the first page. In the fourth division, you start for free, as usual. Everything else is explained here. Points are awarded 1:1 (one point for the right bet) for each question and added up at the end.

Season 8 announcement

Season 8 will almost certainly mirror Season 7. We will just look to add a few more players into Division 4.
Just a side note, Season 8 isn’t yet confirmed, we go season by season and get extensions based on BSFL forum metrics. These are really good so there’s no reason to doubt BSFL will not reach Season 8.

Well i didnt make the ussual summary i made when a round start after checking the answer from my opponent , and i have to say this time we have a lot of diferent answer i mean we have 8 diferent answer so is gonna be a super hard and long round for both of us. Plus is gonna be fun.

Yes, now i have a one-point lead with the first answer, but because we have so many different answers, that doesn't mean anything yet.

You lead with one point and also have the advantage in the sixth question. Pavlidis scored and that means that there is no way for me to get point from that question.
Also, PSG and Liverpool are both leading and you have a very high chance of getting point from the fifth question too.

Things are not going well for me in this round.

Well, with the first 2 questions done, I have no more chances of winning. If this isn't the worst round of them all, I don't know which one is.
I can still draw though, but for a chance to do so United has to win. What was I thinking with that pick?

Things look marginally better for me in LMS though - and that's the one I'm focusing on anyway. Let's see what the next few days bring..

One little question about one of the H2H if a player didnt even play is consider a void or is a direct NO?

Im refering to the fact that Lautaro Martinez doesnt play a single minute in the Inter Ajax game.

Well i just see it was grading as a NO, so i think that is the answer.

I think it is only voided if the game is suspended. Being able to predict if a player will start or not is part of the game.My opponent is out of the tournament, so it is a free round for me. If I had checked that earlier I would have entered a side quest to make the round more exciting.

It was a risk to pick away win in this match but I dont trust Man United this season.

I would actually prefer if you start answering immediately, it will be just for fun for you, no chance of winning anything but it will serve as a practice. For us it helps as well because we know new guy gets it before real thing starts.

Oh, great! Another team joins the BSFL competition. It's always nice to have new people joining.

As for this round, entebah and me started with one point for each team. Too bad for that first point, but who would have know that there will be eight goals in that game. Now we have the same answers for the next two questions, but I like my chances on getting a point in the fifth question.

Btw, it looks like that in this season the champion may be known after this round. If Slissy wins, he will have minimum 6 points advantage (that is if vd309 also wins) and a score difference that will be impossible to reach.

How did Liverpool manage to secure the win again? I can't just say it's pure luck anymore—this has happened four times already this season. It's their game style, or maybe even their karma, I might say.

There have already been a lot of weird results in the first round of the Champions League. For me, Qarabag takes the top spot, followed by Union SG's win against PSV. Third place goes to that wild 4–4 between Juve and Dortmund. And we still have Day 3 to be played.

First half was so boring that I simply stopped watching it and went out for a run. It was quite a surprise when I came back and saw that I actually won a point there. This was secodn time in a row that I didn't watch Juve game until the end, and 2nd time this kind of shit hapening.

It's becoming rather annoying especially when you have a bet on them, and they're actually getting good odds this days, but it's always at the detriment of having a heart attack if you're a big bettor.
