I have some questions about registration, divisions, and fees. If this has already been asked, I apologize, I haven't been able to keep up...

If a new participant enters through Division 4, can they be promoted to Division 3 in the same season?

Also, is the registration fee for Divisions 1, 2, and 3 always the same, or can it vary from season to season?

Acceptance is not guaranteed but your BTT account looks better than other new applicants and Bitcointalk seniority is one of the major criteria. Then again, Trofo and myself reserve the right to pick new members based on engagement as well.

Promotion is seasonal so yeah - if you immediately do well in Div4, you can get promoted to Div3 for the next season. You can also buy a club from willing sellers in higher Divisions to avoid the Division 4 grind - and it also guarantees a spot.

Division 4 is the only one that is free to play, all others have a fixed buy-in fee. The fee varies per season - dependant on the BTC price.

Early lucky point from that Hoffenheim win. I thought that early red card in the second half would give Werder Bremen enough time to score two goals, but they couldn't get anything done while making 20+ shots.

I was following in the Flashscore app and checked the first half, they were winning 1-0. Then I checked the second half and saw they were winning 2-0  but I was surprised that despite the red card they had scored a second goal. For a moment, I was worried about Werder Bremen's goal but it was disallowed by VAR. Maybe if it had been valid, I think it could have ended in a draw. Now at 11:30 PM local time, the Musetti vs. Djokovic match is starting, so I think I'll enjoy the whole game.

Anyway, only fair solution is to go with void, same as all bokies for over/under markets on this match.

Werder Bremen deserves to be relegated. They were 0-1 down against Hoffenheim, who were down to ten men, and Bremen conceded a second goal shortly after. The Frankfurt match proved me wrong.
I thought they were a team with a history and would fight to avoid relegation, but it didn't happen.
The road to Bundesliga 2 seems to be heading for Bremen.

We consulted a lot on this one, it's basically a wording issue. We all know what the question was supposed to mean - Djoković to win while covering a -1,5 set handicap.
If it was worded like that (and it was meant to), we would have graded it as No.
Considering that the wording literally says the other (in 4 sets or less), in theory he did reach the next round in less sets so we cannot accept No.

We also cannot accept Yes, because it would be unsportsmanlike, and would go against the initial idea of the question.
As Trofo said, if Musetti surrendered before the match or while leading 1-0 and Djokovic had a theoretical chance of winning that match on the pitch with the needed result, then a Yes answer would be accepted.

Sorry about this fellas, never happy when voiding a question and some will rightfully complain. It is what it is, next time we'll check our wording a bit better. You live and learn..
