I was saved by that very late penalty, really surprised on how bad Barcelona played the game or maybe is better to say on how well Newcastle played, i know Newcastle is super strong on their home and they could do some good games but i was expecting to see Barcelona prevailing anyways.

I was also surprised at how the game played out, Barcelona were not able to keep up with the pace of the game all through. Newcastle have also not been very good at home for some games, they were earlier in the season but that form have been lost. That was classic toons game with high intensity all over the pitch and it deserved a win. They should not hang their heads now however, it is still a very open game that can go wither way.

Forgettable first half for us at Leverkusen. We need more intensity when going forward and more creative play in the final third.

Damn I just lost first point in this round because of PSG winning, but both teams are a mess in defense and they wont reach far in Champions League.
Luckily I won a point on third question, so we are back on level and fight continues for three points.

Yes, goodpunt still, 6 "goal attempts" are upon us. I had luck on my side in the first one and also managed to win some money on Barcelona's last-minute draw. But it's the classic scenario with Barca—they didn't manage to do anything until the end, and then a surprise penalty. I'm not saying it wasn't a penalty, just that it surprised me. Yeah, I tried to be "smart" by going with the "Chelsea not to lose" option. I expected my opponent to go for PSG (which he did) so I thought that I could get a point here. In the end I ended up being a "smartass" because now I'm trailing by one point in this round where we have only four different answers. The next two questions will probably decide the winner between us.

It's a relief that we got two points out of those CL matches. At one point, it felt like Chelsea was going to seal the match with a draw, but the referee was clutch with the offside, and then PSG started to peel away with one goal after another. Man City also failing to score is not what I had in mind.

Three more points to fight for, and the team can wrap this up early if they get one more.

Not a good start by team Rikafip, they probably got too relaxed after securing the stay in Division 1 and didn't take this match too seriosuly.

City got me served a lost bet yesterday, all I needed from them was a single goal, to let me have that over 3.5 but, they played under 3.5 instead.

Like, what’s wrong with English teams in the UCL this round, they’ve served some shocking performance and City once again would get kicked out by Real Madrid. They really can’t get over this as it’s being the case every other season they get to meet Real Madrid.

Trust me, I really didn't think there was anyway Man City weren't going to score at least one goal, Real Madrid have not been particularly great defensively and after those first 2 goals, I believed you were definitely going to get that point.

I think you're the one that have made the job in this round relatively easy for me, we have just 2 different questions left, and there is now way vd309 can score 4 points more than me, so technically all I need might be just one more point from either of both h2h questions and LMS would be wrap, you guys didn't even make me sweat for this 

There is no catching vd309 at the top of the table so my dream doing a double is over, but I might still be able to overthrow cls63 for the 2nd spot in the league, which I wouldn't mind as well
