I will just add to read buying the club rules in the OP.

When buying the club you agree whatever you want with the seller. But next season you have to pay double fees to the escrow.  That is the cut that league takes and it all goes for next season rewards.

Also - there's no club selling mid-season. The window exists only during a 1-week break between the end of the season and the beginning of the next one.

I'm going to put my hands up here and say that this is the first time I actually tried to look up the rules. Liquipedia didn't specify, and the first 5 links I tried reading also didn't specify, but I found a post on reddit that finally explained how Wallachia works:

After the first matchups, you play against teams who have the same score as you. So, if you have 2W1L, you also play a team with 2W1L. Until you reach 3 wins. 3 losses means you're out.

It is actually very good system. First day it is quite random but on each next round you are only playing other teams with same result. So if you won in first 2 rounds. Round 3 you are playing against one of the other teams that won in first 2 rounds. So it quickly gets very evenly matched. 3/3 gets you in the upper bracket, and others are playing until they get that 3rd win or 3rd loss.

I would argue this is one of the most fair systems out there.

On my own end, I had my answers ready and I submitted with the fear that I might miss the deadline with a very busy day today, and I wasn't really sure about 80% of the answers I submitted which I would have definitely change a handful of them If I had waited till today before tossing them in.

I don't even remember most of the answers I picked right, I can only hope for the best in this round.

Hell yeah it did I'm usually on point with my sports minus a few so it was really a good shake up to keep me on my toes, just trying to do my best go with the gut and don't second guess so often if its wrong or right at least I made the pick with confidence.

Thanks for explanation. As Trofo said, it actually looks like a good system that makes tournament more interesting. Something similar is done in chess if I am not mistaken.
