As for the penalty awarded to Spain, I think they truly deserved it, regardless of whether Digne acted intentionally or not, it was still a foul. Some people also say that the ball touched Yamal's hand first. Yes, that is true. However, his hand was not in an active position, so it can't be classified as a foul.

Yes what happen yesterday was a total surprise, not because of the result but more for waht the develop of the game look like we never expect to see this french team reduced to nothing, but Spain show to the world how you have to play against them, i only saw France reduce to nothing in the first 80 minutes of the past world cup final.

Honestly the RTG tournament has been really interesting and I know every member who participated feel the same way regardless of how long they lasted. It would be really nice to have something of that nature but I think it will only be best for short time tournaments just like the World Cup, anything longer can make it boring. We really bond well too, and it makes me wonder how it'll feel teaming up with a member from a different region. Maybe we get to play on the same team one day after eliminating your team this time around 

I must say you have a very strong squad, I'm really impressed with your selections, we have a lot of selections in common and it shows how good your team is. Already getting nervous as the Semi final is about to kick off.

I think actually it will not be boring as long as the team is happy with each other,,, which I can say about ours, there is a lot of fun discussing things and everybody is so chill and relaxed, nobody cares if we made a wrong decision.

It would be good even to have Teams form alliance in early stages, a new dynamic of team plus team versus other team alliances!

Yup I was shocked too as well, had few bets on them myself and to see it just wither away was like huh what is going on here, just stymied from the jump no shot on target till the end pretty much money down the drain but I'm used to that anyway but couldn't even get the BTTS and over 2.5 answer correct was another factor as well.

And who benefited the most from the misjudgment than the bookies themselves, I think Spain have been really underrated in this tournament until yesterday, and that's because they have been a team flying under the radar, not because they've not be getting results, but because they've not been heavy scorers and the players that are supposed to be their superstars have been showing up without being on the stats sheet a lot, but if one should consider their result from yesterday, the signs have been there all tournament long, they didn't concede any goal until they played Belgium in the quarter finals, and only now it's become obvious that it was not a coincidence, they limit teams to an extremely low amount of quality shots.

RTG format is fun but at the same time its depressing especially when you are the one letting your team down. Im fine losing in BSFL but when it comes to losing in RTG format, its different because you are dragging down everyone else with you but still I would still play it if you guys launch it again

Good thing you're in a team where no one will blame you for any misstep. Good thing I'm in such a team, too, if I'm honest heh heh. I'm constantly surprised by how unnecessarily competitive people are when joining open matches in padel... playing football you always meet one or two in a team but padel has quite a high number of incidences, or I'm just really unlucky.

Dramatic win from Argentina to give me my first point of the round. I have no idea why England just camped in their box and allowed the Argentines to pile pressure on them for half an hour. When you invite pressure in such a high stake match you are bound to let chances in and the more attackers you take off you lose the threat on the counter attack.

You also are not defending well when you concede 2 goals and your opponents hit the post twice and have some other good chances saved. They were better defensively with 4 defenders than they were with 6.

I just won another important point in this round thanks to Argentina crushing England in second half.
Argentina was mentally stronger, they deserved to win as better team, and I dont know how England could expect to score one goal and spend rest of the time defending against Argentina.
Now I am waiting for Dota2 results and I am supporting Team Yandex to win in the final.

Only two other brave souls in my division believed in the Argentine spirit and correctly picked Argentina on question 10. They have Spain in second, which makes this a really tough question to call in a head-to-head. Those two are basically on track for the full 4 points. Yeah its the only goal for me, yeah Division title is kool but getting back to the promise land is always better to me at least but like yourself this round is over for me too its the midweek shitty feeling that I've come to know all too well, I guess that break did more harm than good but anyway we start to focus on next week and get prepared for that at least no more WC to deal with thank goodness.
