Yes, I would say I got lucky in the round to be fair, because I didn't start particularly well, and after the first worldcup semifinal, it was as though you would be going 2-0 up, and my biggest lucky was picking PARI as the winner, because I could so easily have gone for the Falcons, and PARI also coming from a map down to win were all testaments that I was supposed to win the round, thanks, and good luck to you for the rest of the season.

I decided to hedge after all, but as you know in the end it was money wasted, as England beat France. Then again, maybe it was my bet on France that caused them to lose the match.

I have a 4-1 lead now, so whatever happens in F1 race today is not that important. I wouldn't mind making it 5-1 though, for the better score difference that may matter in the end.

Super low scoring round in the division one with a few ties also. Im within them we have a draw before the finish since for the 10 question we already draw but not in a normal way it was a cross selection between 1 to 4.

Thanks to Parivision i reach the draw but i feel confident on Russel to win the round, that was impossible since after the first lap he was already out of the race.

Not sure how it was in the past seasons but LMS feels like a snail race at the moment where no team can gain a significant advantage.

This past round ended up being a complete disaster for me, pretty much similar to how all the other World Cup contests wrapped up. This entire week has been one to forget on all fronts.

But this one hurts a bit more, especially after going up 2-0 against the Mafia with only two questions left, only to watch it slip away into a draw at the end. It's never easy going head to head against them, they always somehow manage to find a way to make sure you don't get the win. Even if it was done "fairly" it still leaves a bitter taste.

As for LMS, that was another tough one since I got eliminated this round. I spent some time debating whether it's actually worth it to buy back in, especially since the buy back fee has already climbed up to 1 mBTC. But who am I even kidding? Degenerate to the grave! Count me in, I'll make sure to send over the fee before the deadline.

This time I secured my answers by submitting it today already.    I can't afford missing another deadline after the 1st one I did last week.

Last match of the world cup earned me one more point that tipped the scale in my favor, but now I need to score more goals and have better goal difference.
Round 14 of BSFL could be very tricky with many matches from early European competition, with addition of other sports.

I supported Argentina all through but the best team won and fully deserved it. Spain dominated the game and forced Argentina out of their comfort zone for a complete 120 mins of football. I've never seen them suffer that much ever.

Good thing the WC is over, I was already getting bored with all the " FIFA rigging allegations" and football "debates" on my X timeline.

After win in recent round I'm in a bit safer position, but doubt that it will be easy for me. It will be 6 point game between us as we neighbours on the table.
