I had a draw for the Vargar vs Riga game, just finished 3-2 to Riga so I am losing 2-1 to Smartvirus now, damn it. We have a lot of identical answers this week so I could be in trouble and looking at a loss for the first time in 7 rounds, damn it.

I had the same draw prediction but damn Riga manage to score wining goal in the end.
Now I am one point down in this round, and I am waiting for another draw in Europa League match Dynamo Kiev vs PAOK, that means I need to level the score again.
There are a lot more questions left but I think I have tiny advantage in tennis because Vacherot is out of competition.

I guess I just have to laugh at this point its quite funny but he still has two more chances to lose let's see if his next opponent quits/retires too.

Maybe I missed something or it was flashscore playing a fast one on me, I had Shi to reach the final while losing one or more sets initially before checking the results and I could have sworn that what I saw was Shi being the one that retired, too bad I don’t have a screenshot of it. I thought you were mistaken and wanted to crosscheck before trying to correct you, lol.

Old me would have gone BB in a split second so I am just thinking now about the next DOTA and wondering if I should once more bring BB into my thinking. It was always BB and Liquid for me, but IIRC @Trofo said before he know Liquid has changed a lot

The thing with esports is that, it changes alot every season but the pattern keeps repeating for some of the top teams. Once you get the gist of the season and the next time this DOTA2 questions appear then you can just name the same team again hoping to get points out of it.

I guess same thing with F1 as well. Antonelli basically are dominating the whole season

F1 was very weird for me but I guess if you completely change the way cars are and every season is a surprise, then you get surprise drivers as well. Too bad it seldom comes from a small team.

Yeah, that's what I noticed as well. He lost 2 sets already which works in my favor but it seems like he's struggling a lot.
The toughest challenge is coming, his next opponent Chou is currently 2nd in the World rankings. That being said, Yuqi has a 13-3 score against him.

Love the Vardar Riga posts  Also love the posts about @goodpunt and yes, amazing to be in this LMS without ever needing any rebuy,,, personally also I think this is the longest I spent in LMS, but of course I needed rebuys. Probably winning some prizes helps me stay in as I would never have bought I think without them.

By the way both mafia never leave LMS IIRC so you always have to stay to the end to see how it goes with them!

Badminton is almost without surprises, especially when the host team is playing, and they're a huge favorite to easily advance to the final.
I just realized after reading your post and checking it out. This is indeed funny, and I can only say that because if I say something is behind it, there's no proof.

Does anyone know why Vardar's win odds drifted from odds-on to about 3 and Riga the opposite -  in the end they were still above even money but still.
Maybe even only 1K could move the markets LOL

It's obvious that this guy isn't in the best form, and if it weren't for those two opponents retiring, chances are he'd already be out. This question gave me a lot of trouble, and I regretted picking him to reach the final immediately after submitting my answers. Thought of using VAR, but in the end decided to stick with it.

Probably not  a bad idea to pout some money on his opponent(s) since he will be the favorite no matter who he is playing against.

Vardar didn't win yesterday and now I'm one point down and need PAOK to step up in the game against Dinamo Kyiv. They had a little trouble advancing in the last round against U. Cluj; they had two good games, but simply the ball would not go in. I'm worried that if last week didn't go well for them, the floodgates might open against PAOK. We will see tonight—I also have a ticket depending on PAOK.

This one is super strange, before the game handicap on Croatia was 8.5 goals. Was commenting that one with Rikafip. It was that high sice Croatia is playing with U20 side here and so we are big outsiders, but these kids still play very good Waterpolo without fear. Was actually surprised how good they are in attack, our main team usually has much more problems but they play better defence

19 draws and exactly 24 on either Vardar to win / Riga to win so its pretty even for a match like game. Its kinda like a gamble on this question but odds wise, Riga is the favourite to win but its actually pretty close to draw

Yeah its the same as football, players moving to another club or getting replaced by another player. Team Liquid and Tundra ( now 1win ) is among the top pick in BSFL 2-3 seasons ago when this type of question appear but now they probably wont make it top 4

Nope no fast ones I was gonna pick him to lose more sets as well but his first game didn't sit right with me so I picked him to lose before final, starting to look shaky now, but no his opponent retired.

Yeah he still has a some tough ones to go, whats also funny is that the Frenchman Popov is also out as well got beat by a lower ranking guy too was hoping he would make it far and challenge Shi but nope smh, and yeah he did struggle out of the gate which is why I switched but I don't know now.

Yep indeed they both retired bro crazy sequence of events so far I must say and it has me nervous now , and yeah I did think about hedging but probably won't and just see how it al plays out.

Choosing a draw is no better than choosing "Vardar to win" since the odds for a draw were higher, around @3,50 before the match started. BTW @Spack17, we have the same answers for Q7, Q8 & Q9. Besides that, Vacherot is already out of the competition. Our team is essentially just waiting for the results of the PAOK & Besiktas matches, if both teams win decisively, we could secure 3 points early.

They lowered it this morning to 7.5 goals so I guess they realised they underestimated Croatia a little bit too much. But still, it was a nice opportunity.
