Damn so The MongolZ lost the match so now that puts me in a hole the round is shifting away from me now for sure unless Japan loses and Mouz lose their next match.
But it does't smell right at all it looks like its over at least thats the way I see it, guess we start prepping for next week and stay positive only 2 rounds left....crunch time.

FaZe were just too much to handle after that first half of the 3rd map, The MongolZ would be feeling like they let that one slipped through their fingers after that first map meltdown, they easily should have won that one, and it would have been FaZe on the chase and The MongolZ were actually too good on Mirage that I don't think FaZe could have won it even in desperation if they had lost on Nuke.

The last match of the quarterfinals between paIN and Astralis is only a few minutes away before starting, Astralis alongside FaZe were my initial picks before I knew Team Spirt was also  in the mix and opted for them.

I truly don't know anything about this stuff so it's all a big whatever to me at this point, just hope mouz some how lose....it always seems like a team will win and then they choke.

The Commonwealth Games are going to end on 2nd August with the current position here as it is. I am sure Australia is not going to have 180 total medals.

Cruzeiro won their match against Corittiba and I lost another point 
Now it gets really tricky for me, and I need Shelton to drop out of is tennis tournament, and Japan to defeat USA, if I want to avoid another defeat.
I knew I had a hard opponent this round, and it is not going to be easy to win against one of the legends.

FaZe had to win their own map pick the hardest, a round they no business whatsoever winning, they were down 10-2 at the half, and had string together 9 consecutive rounds to force overtime on the CT side, they did that and eventually won in Overtime without dropping a single round, that was 13 straight rounds won.

That should be a huge blow to The MongolZ, we'll see if they can come up with anything in their own map pick.

Considering that I need both volleyball semifinals to last 5 sets, the last thing I needed was for FaZe to reach the semifinals.

My 2-0 lead against jayce is on weak feet now - all I can hope for now is that FaZe loses the semifinals.

Regarding the Commonwealth games - there are still 60 events to go. Tomorrow is the big day - 44 medal events will take place.
I'd say Australia comes under - but not by a landslide. Far from a lock I'd say.

Damn, it's been hell of a competitive game for us this round... It's still 1-1 after 5 questions. But my club is under the danger of being behind by one goal. 

It depends on if Japan reach the final in the Nations League or not. I hope USA eliminate them. I'm expecting Shelton to reach the final in Washington also. If he faces Musetti in the semi finals that'll be tense though!

It was a pretty straight forward game for Team Spirit against Liquid, it's shows why they're the favorites and popular pick across board.

3Dmax is up against MOUZ next for today, I'm not sure I've ever watched 3DMax play CS before, so despite MOUZ being my opponent's pick, I'm placing a bet on them to win the 1st map, I thought going for -1.5 handicap could be asking for too much.

Ouchie on your 1st map bet. And I didn't get my Liquid win as hoped, but yeah, judging from practically every single guy putting Spirit on their picks, I really messed up with deciding on the 2nd finalist. Now I have to hope for Astralis to fall to paIN, both are teams I've never heard of before -- or if I did, I certainly don't recall haha!

We got same answers in the common wealth games so doesn't matter much, but does anyone know what's the highest possible medals that Austrakia can get from this point with the remaining competitions, they need 52 to reach 180.

For instance this way seems super fun and I am even thinking of using it in some way in our competitions. Like cup for example, DIV4 players choosing players from DIV1, and DIV 3 choosing opponents from DIV 2.

There is usually like 2 days between the questions are posted and the deadline of the round so imagine the headache you guys are gonna get because some people might not even choose their opponent yet before deadline...

My H2H match looks ok after taking the lead 2:0 but LMS looks more tight than ever. Good chance we could have all been on same score at round end if we didn't have cryptofrka struggling a couple of points behind the pack.

I also forgot about the Cruzeiro/Coritiba match and lost a costly point with Coritiba failing to hold at home.

Only down by a point, but it somehow feels like we're down by 2 due to the VNL question. Going to need Shelton and Australia to keep pushing, as I think they're my best shot at closing the deficit.

Shelton lost his game against Tabilo tonight which means I lead 2-1 against ILuckyGuyI. After this question we have only one more different answer and that's volleyball. The season is not good, but we still have good experience and knowledge. It's going to be helpful in the future, but the team still needs good knowledge about esports, which is the weakest point. Yes, unfortunately I lost again at tennis, I just haven't had much luck with tennis players lately.
Football results in European club competitions have also been very difficult to predict lately, so in this round my last hope to avoid defeat is E sport and the 2 teams that are still in the game, Team Spirit and Astralis.
Unfortunately, I can obviously forget about promotion to the higher division this season, a very disappointing end to the competition for my team.
