There are several exchanges that offer low or zero withdrawal fees for Bitcoin, however the specific fees can vary based on market conditions and network congestion. Some exchanges that you may consider with low withdrawal fees are:

1. CoinBase
2. Bitfinex
3. Kraken
4. Bittrex
5. Gemini
It's important to note that while withdrawal fees can be low, other factors such as security, user-interface, and geographical restrictions should also be considered before choosing an exchange. I would recommend doing your own research and comparing multiple options before making a decision.

Thanks You

Unfortunately, many central exchanges (CEXs) have increased their Bitcoin withdrawal fees during the last bull market. At the time, this was due to the high network fees to be able to pay out and send transactions (and greed to make even more money ofc). Sadly, in the current bear market, very few exchanges have reduced their withdrawal fees afterwards.

That's why, unfortunately, it's currently completely pointless to transfer smaller amounts from CEXs to your wallet. This does not make it easy for long-term hodlers.

There's OKX.com. You can withdraw for a 0.0002 BTC fee using the on-chain option or (IIRC) for ~10 satoshis with the lightning network.

I would go with this advice. If you don't want to use OKX, I would go with Kraken. But that's personal preference.

Kraken and OKEx exchange has the lowest withdrawal rate but I am only saying this because these are the top two exchanges I use most times, it is not new that in every bear market withdrawal fees is always lower compared to bull market, so it is only in a bull market you will know which exchange has the lowest withdrawal fee.

It's all a marketing strategy, lower the withdrawal fee in a bear market and increase the withdrawal fee in a bull market.

XT Exchange Bitcoin withdrawal fees are the lowest of the few exchanges I know of.  Because XT exchange withdrawal fee is much lower than Binance exchange, Cuckooin exchange.  And help from any kind of support is very quick to do the transaction.  Due to the volatility of the market, with draw fees are currently a little lower during bear markets.  Withdrawal fees will be higher if the price of Bitcoin is higher in a bull market.

So where's the origin of the funds before it was sent to your exchange account? Why don't you just send it directly to a non-custodial wallet first, then do things later on since you can send even a 1 sat/byte fee using a non-custodial wallet.

Currently a large amount of my income is deposited directly into the Centralize Exchange. And that's why I can't use non-custodial wallet at in the beginning for this transaction. So I looked for an exchanger where the withdrawal fees would be much lower.
And now I think they purpose of making this thread has been accomplished to me so I am locking this thread now for avoiding spams. Thanks to all for your valuable opinions.
