Nobody likes to waste their time on something unproductive. Anybody that tells you he is interested in bitcoin for the fun of it is not saying the truth. Am in it because of its ability to give me profit. And that is what has attracted many people to it before any other thing. No one invests in what will not bring profit, except disasters happens. Another reason is that paying or transacting with bitcoin makes payment very easy for me.

People had gotten interested in bitcoin through different ways and manner. But you’re right. No one would want to waste their time on anything that isn’t productive. But there are people that initially got interested in bitcoin for the fun of it. And then only later did they realize the potential bitcoin has to offer.
Cause of its value, people saw it as an investment opportunity as something that would give a decent return on investment.
Cause of its anonymity and speed of transfer, people like me also see it as a more efficient and alternative method of payment.

There are Three reasons for me to choose bitcoin?

• Decentralization

Decentralization allows you and anyone to develop the concept of financial independence, because in it there is no authority that can control it, so that full control over security and decision making is also fully up to the users of the system.

• Fluctuations

Fluctuations cause people to get big profits, because the price of bitcoin rises and falls under certain conditions, so that when people want to invest they can wait for a decline and sell it when the price rises again. Fluctuations can also bring people to losses, if one does not fully understand bitcoin.

• The best asset in the long term and able to maintain value.

May be it will be a surprise but if to compare bitcoin, gold and fiat you'll find out that there are different benefits which all three have: you just choose what you prefer most. Those who choose for their future plan, they HODL (hold on to your dear life) it, because they know it has so much more room for to grow in the future, and they can make profit from this.

Most of us are here because of the opportunity to make money.  It would be a lie if we say that we are here because of the technology and yet we are wearing a signature campaign to earn Bitcoin that can be converted to fiat money.

Saying that it is the potential to earn is the main reason why I am interested in Bitcoin.  Aside from that, I also use Bitcoin for my online transactions since I am not comfortable using my bank account to do transactions online.

I agree with your good answer, and indeed I personally also think like you, so basically many people are interested in investing in bitcoin because they see the profit factor, and most people predict that the price of bitcoin in the future will be high. although that is just speculation for the future. but there have been many examples of people who have successfully invested in bitcoin and become successful.

and I personally also only speculate for the future that bitcoin in the future will be high in price.
and in my opinion it is better to invest in bitcoin than no investment at all.
