This makes me believe that complaints of this nature sometimes are paid stunt against an organization. The last time OP was active was that Same day OP made this complaint and possibly they was the same day this account was registered and  since then OP has not been online to make any comment or post about their way forward as to the complaints made. I was wondering too because OP has stated that he asked them why they blocked OP account but they did not respond to op which shows that they are upto something and I was thinking too maybe OP defaulted somewhere on their casino policy but for them not to give op any tangible reasons for their actions speaks of great volume than we think.
