Hello everyone.

User "Kostelooscoin" made a post claiming he was the owner of demoscript.online website.
Im writing this post to say that's untrue (he will scam you if you send him your money) and also to explain why I am (the real owner of that website) working on it.

Firstly. The casino you can see on the demo website was made using a free version (some call it leaked but it's actually a free version published by Isaac Kohen) of Win5x casino.
I've been fixing and upgrading the free version since August 2022 and at one point I even started selling it for dirt cheap to motivate myself to keep going and to be able to pay others to help me a bit.
I've fixed over 70 bugs and added over 10 new features so far.
I have also designed a new frontend for the script (https://i.imgur.com/O6eEolf.jpg) that should be ready in a month or so.

My plan is to fix all the bugs the free version has and for that to happen I need your help.
Please check the demo website and reply with all the bugs you find. Also add any features you'd like to see on a crypto casino.  


Why I'm doing all this:
I dislike phoenix gambling, simple as that. They sell bugged garbage for $2000 and I think people deserve something better even if it means underselling my own work.

If you want the other person to be proven fraud or not the real owner of the website then you should just create a thread or you can just use this thread to provide proof of ownership of the domain. The first thing that I will do if I found someone is selling my site is create a disclaimer you already did this by posting this on your chat with your telegram but this is a chat, any member can post here it should be a dedicated page or you can create a redirection in your Cpanel to any platform that claims ownership of your platform like here in Bitcointalk
or if you are fizz off you can shut down the site you have full control, you can claim ownership in many ways

Yes I am aware and that happen 4 minutes earlier from my post. I didn't bother to edit my post that I know op proved that he own the domain. Actually, after I posted it I checked the domain and click the Bitcointalk on op's domain and redirected to OP's profile. I should have edited my post that I am aware of op proving that the domain is owned by OP. Thanks for pointing that out but I already know it after op posted it "Added to footer".

Just to clarify, adding his profile link to the website footer isn't a conclusive evidence that he is the original owner of the website!
I am not saying that he isn't, though.
If you check OP's post history you will find that he created a topic (non edited) offering to sell this script four months ago! This added to above is more than enough evidence,imo, to conclude that he is indeed the original owner of demonscript.online

Well, you found the right forum or community for that purpose. Before, there are casinos that have bug bounty where the casino pay their hunters if they found one. This time I didn't find much like that but I do see that there are some asking for suggestions or recommendations on what their casino should be and many of us did help or give suggestions to what many gamblers want in a casino. As for bug bounty, it is more less jn my opinion as I have explained, I didn't notice much like it.

Well, you found the right forum or community for that purpose. Before, there are casinos that have bug bounty where the casino pay their hunters if they found one. Yes, and finding out and learning about a solution to a problem can indeed be found in several threads listed on this forum.
Maybe there are some casinos that have bug bounties, but there don't seem to be many and we can look for all this information if we really want to find out.
Actually the casino has given the best regarding their features and always appreciates every gambler who manages to notify that the casino has a bug problem.
But what's a little unfortunate is that there are some casinos that don't really care about the bug reports that are happening.

Adding something to the footer of a website I think is evidence enough that he has access to the website and could edit it fully. The roles could be different but one thing is for sure, it's his. It's more than enough to be evidence for sure. I'm just curious with what you said. Is there a way to even put it and not think of anything else rather than being owner or having access to the website?

This is not for myself as I am not going to hunt a bugs in your site but someone might doing it and I am asking this question on behalf of them. Since the title is buh hunt then my question is, do you paid those who find bugs in your site?. As I mention in my previous post that casinos before started a bug bounty where they let people in this forum to find or hunt bugs and then they will get paid for it and the payment depends on the bug difficulty if I put it like that. I do not use your name in attempts to boost sales. Actually, I strongly believe using your name would, in fact, decrease my sales.

My product only merely resembles yours, frontend wise, and Im assuring you once that matter is dealt with there wont be any room left for putting two of our scripts in the same box.
For example, your product doesnt feature crash. What it does feature is several serious bugs - a product that retails at $2000 should not have those.
I would let you audit my work to make sure it differs from yours but Im certain you would simply take it and use it as your own.

You are such a fraud! How can you say that their product contains "serious bugs" if you have never bought or used their script? As far as I can see, the version of the script in question was never intended for public use or selling, as clearly stated in their Github repo.

Let's face it - You've taken someone else's product, made a few tweaks (supposedly), and tried to resell it. And now plan to market it as your own with a new frontend. But the thing is, you have no legitimate right to do so. On top of that, it seems like you have no problem slinging mud at the original developer.

It's pretty low to attack the original creator of the product you're essentially copying without any legal right to it. Instead of resorting to such underhanded tactics, why not invest your time and resources in developing your unique product that doesn't rely on copying someone else's hard work?

You are such a fraud! How can you say that their product contains "serious bugs" if you have never bought or used their script? As far as I can see, the version of the script in question was never intended for public use or selling, as clearly stated in their Github repo.

Let's face it - You've taken someone else's product, made a few tweaks (supposedly), and tried to resell it. And now plan to market it as your own with a new frontend. But the thing is, you have no legitimate right to do so. On top of that, it seems like you have no problem slinging mud at the original developer.

It's pretty low to attack the original creator of the product you're essentially copying without any legal right to it. Instead of resorting to such underhanded tactics, why not invest your time and resources in developing your unique product that doesn't rely on copying someone else's hard work?

Also, I just happen to know a few guys who bought a legit version of win5x and they themselves said "it's bugged as hell!"
Also also, if you go to original win5x demo site you can find those bugs yourself.

Secondly.
If fixing 70+ bugs and adding 60% custom code is "making a few tweaks" then sure I made a few tweaks.
I plan to market it as my own since it is my own. Given enough code is changed Im allowed to call it my own. If you don't like it i suggest you to click the X in the upper right corner of your browser.

Lastly.
Original creators or not, people who sell win5x sell garbage and they're mad because I took their garbage and fixed it.
I don't sell their work - not even they're able to make a living selling it

I agree, that it is much more easier that you have something on hand to start with like a base code or something but selling it with the hint of the original coder is the one I'm pertaining to. If I'm a buyer and I found my casino that is somehow similar to other casino's and worst than that similar for multiple casino, The gamblers of my casino would certainly notice it given the fact that they might be in trouble for playing on a possible clone or scam casino. This would certainly reflect on me negatively as a buyer of the casino code that you are selling.

People always deserve better especially if they are paying the right price for it but this doesn't mean you can sell the original code with improvements and on a lower prices. A wise buyer do always care for the quality,  originality and the future of the code they are buying. They won't buying something that would bring them trouble such as having a suit case for plagiarism or something about legal right. This is why I suggest to create a new code intended for selling with the custom codes that you have created.

I just feel sorry for the ones who bought the code from phoenix-gambling if you are telling the truth about so many bugs in it.

I'll say two things and two things only and after that you may be the judge on whether or not I "acknowledged and attributed" to original devs.

First thing being: Whoever bought any code from me knew, in advance - before making a purchase, about original devs and their prices.
Second thing being: I have forwarded two paying customers (and about 40 non paying) to our dear phoenix-gambling instead of selling them my code. Those two people alone raked them more than $4000 in profit.

If that's not enough "acknowledgement" then so be it.
If you want those two people to come here and confirm what I'm saying sure, that's possible too.

Yes, you're basically right, except that Tesla hasn't released the source code for their car for free, as far as I know.  

I came across this cool analogy somewhere: Open source software is like poor man's bread. You can eat it for free as is, or you can add your ham and cheese and sell it as a sandwich. But from what I'm seeing here, it seems like the OP is taking a piece of very old bread, spits on it on both sides, puts some butter on it, and then trying to sell it as a sandwich.

I'm no expert on copyright, but I've seen enough to know this is not how it works. It sounds like you're using commercial software as if it's GPL software. That's now how it works. Even if your claim is true, 40% is copyrighted by someone else. And the fact that you based the other 60% on their work isn't allowed either.
