So, if I take a Tesla car and I add spoilers and new rims and fancy paint and tinted windows and a new dashboard ...can I say it is now a new model car? Can I then sell that car, if I mass produce it ...or is this car still owned by Tesla?
When I started reading this whole thread, I thought OP created the "base" for this project... but now it looks like he added the spoilers and rims and fancy paint?
Just asking.....
Again, if 70+ bugs and 10+ new features together with a completely new frontend is "spoilers and rims" then sure.
But honestly to me it seems you don't understand how any of this works and you're just commenting to get your post count up.
You asked about mass producing cars. If you knew how to do that you'd be able to mass produce your own design too. That's my whole point - But I guess you were too lazy to read the thread.
Besides that, if you want to get technical, there is literally no evidence phoenix gambling are the real devs, nor that I used their code other than for frontend.
If I never mentioned using it as a base no one on here would know about it - Don't you think if I wanted to sell a repainted tesla Id keep quiet about it being a tesla?
The "leaked" code was around waaay before their website was up. How do you explain that?
To clear some things up. I've used this code as a base:
https://github.com/win5xvue/win5xvue If this code is really owned by phoenix-gambling how come they couldn't get github to remove this link?
I only merely mentioned phoenix gambling in my original post so people would get the idea about the base.
People jump to conclusions too quickly, especially those who have 0 knowledge about the matter.
For that reason I won't be answering any more bs posts on this thread.
