They deleted my chat --I saw it through my personal TG account--, blocked me, and took one step further by reporting me to TG admin as a spammer so that I was blocked from PMing their CM. I don't think I am biased when I said they're not welcoming people to tell them to do anything with their situation on this forum

Regardless of the reputation of the casino should adhere to this rule. How can a player know when the problems with the casino will start? (Problems with the withdrawal of funds/protracted KYC procedure/unlawful cancellation of bets/....)
It's not realistic to predict, so if you play in a casino, always make only the amount you can afford to lose.
After all, we ultimately come to the casino for the fun of it.

That's the thing that channels for communication with owl.the game is limited, maybe it was done intentionally, maybe not, or maybe it's due to saving money for support, but communication with them is now clearly difficult to get feedback, so yes, you're right, it's quite possible that this will just have to go through.

And under the official announcement make Owl company there is a clause stays that you can reach them through their website and other channels provided by the company. So you don't have to disturb yourself since there are ways to communicate with them. They locked the thread because they are maintaining the site.

Whenever an entity closes down a communication channel it should be obvious that they are trying to control what it is said about them, they closed down their ANN thread as they could not answer the valid accusations brought against them, and instead they decided to answer them  through their channels, channels they can abuse obviously.

So I would advise against gambling there or using their token as they have lost any credibility they may had.

Well, that's one reality that each of their customers has to realize. It's because they just want to be contacted only with their website and that's really controlling the flow of concerns being addressed to them.
A business entity that wants to maximize their potential customers coming in to them will open all possible channels and socials where they can scale and leverage every potential possibility that will help the business to thrive just like in casino business.

They most probably wanted to cut down the incoming questions in their thread and avoid being active in the forum otherwise they would need to attend and clear scam accusations as well, so they preferred cutting their link from the forum.

I've checked their Twitter, and they are pretty active there, running promotions and doing partnerships with several different casinos to lure in more players. Those who play on their platform are probably not from this forum. Also, their token is relatively new in the market and still has got about 98% of the total tokens under their own hands. So, they can do anything at any given time.

Or they are done with the hostile environment... For some people and businesses the forum has been a hostile environment, and that isn't a secret at all. People have to deal with cheaters who try to abuse their system and after getting their accounts locked they come here to start a scam accusation, some businesses are not up to dealing with that kind of trolls, and that's why some companies decide to leave the forum because for them it represents a bad experience.

It's not that they registered few weeks ago and discovered the rough environment then decided to leave. They have been here for years and know very well how the forum works. They are also aware that stopping [locking] the thread suddenly can bring what kind of effects. Let's just hope they do not have malicious intend.

The forum is not that hostile at all. Yes, there are few users who are too keen to find bad things as they made it their profession to help their own reputation but if we cut off that part, the forum is the biggest crypto space until now. The amount of crypto projects became successful from the forum should be something to be excited and can be an example for any other community exists online.

The case is now resolved the complainant was late in giving us an update because of the ongoing negotiation between him and Owl, so far they have kept their promise that they are going to resolve issues through their support system, but in case there are complaints, they are free to post in the scam section, so we can have updates on the status Owl casino because they have players and investors here.

Sorry for being silent the last couple days. It was because I was in discussion with Owl on Skype. Thanks for all of your input.

I'm happy to report that the case has been solved amicably. Owl have paid me out the missing funds in full and I am ofcourse happy with the outcome.

Though I am completely ok with their rather unfriendly manner --especially as I was very polite on that first message-- on responding to my message on their channel, I was also surprised on this turn of event. I thought they went so hostile because they don't want to acknowledge the case, but they've solved it instead.

If I may give a wild guess based on the worst and most possible notorious scenario, they probably didn't want any exposure of cases against them in public. Thus the urge to solve every case internally through their website and deleting my chat informing them --and public-- that's there's a case against them.

All things considered, given the case is solved, I think it won't be fair to keep the negative feedback I put against them as it's no longer valid. I withdrew it as a show of good gesture and appreciation towards their action solving the case.

They have always solved the issue that is basically coming to the forum. I don't know the rest. But what I have seen in the past more than 1 year as I was their campaign manager for bitcointalk , They have always responded very actively. Sometimes they did a little bit of delay in solving issues But in the end, it was solved. The delay was due to some fraud people.

They have always solved the issue that is basically coming to the forum. I don't know the rest. But what I have seen in the past more than 1 year as I was their campaign manager for bitcointalk , They have always responded very actively. Sometimes they did a little bit of delay in solving issues But in the end, it was solved. The delay was due to some fraud people.

We should wait until recognize the main fact. Because even if a project is very difficult to build, it only takes a few seconds to destroy it. Moreover, I also know that they have been going ahead with their project for a long time. No comment should be made without knowing exactly the reason for sudden negative attitude towards them. I have been betting on their platform quite a while back and I have not found any fault with them. ‍Should be looked into all the complaints raised on it.

I don't see any problem with what the owl games team did by locking their ANN three thinking it is better to have the thread locked if the representative has become inactive here in the forum and instead of leaving the thread open unmoderated its better to have it locked and anyone looking to contact them should go through their website support.
