Although am late here, I must say the sound is good. Congratulations on your achievement! While I haven't yet purchased a house with cryptocurrency, I have begun building my own using earnings from my crypto investments. By buying and selling Bitcoin multiple times for a profit, I was able to accumulate a substantial amount of money and build up my portfolio. As a result, I've sold a portion of my portfolio and have begun constructing my own home. I'm hopeful that it will be finished within the next 4-5 months, and I'm thrilled to be able to use my cryptocurrency earnings to build a home for myself. Overall, I'm feeling quite happy about the situation.

This is one thing that is very good indeed and deserves to be proud of. Talking about my dream, I'm also currently trying to collect bitcoin again and again because I was still living with my parents when I was married and of course I can make this a real motivation now considering that you can also do that so indirectly I still have the same motivation to do such a thing.
Even though at this time I still haven't been able to realize it, I will still continue to hope and be enthusiastic so that my dream of owning a house like yours can be successful.

I was finally able to buy my house thanks to Bitcoin guys!!!

I had sold some of my BTC back in November 2021, and since that moment I was waiting to find the right opportunity, the right house. Now it's done, I've found it and I am more than happy to know that I own this security.

I had no other FIAT savings, no stock in the stock market, everything of value I own I was able to acquire only through BTC. I know it's not reasonable, nor necessarily intelligent, but heh, when you are born broke and have no diploma, no inheritance, BTC is still one of the few real hopes to improve one's social condition and living conditions. At least from my point of view..
I'm just under 30, and after 5 years of doing ALL IN in BTC I don't regret it.

I started out with just a backpack, a few hundred dollars and an old Thinkpad. I spent hours, dozens of hours reading about BTC and economy, lurking here, without even having an account for most of the time. Back in the time, I had sold some of my BTC after a pump to get a place to live (I mean to be able to rent an stable apartment and stopping to sleep in a fucking Citroen C3, or shitty Airbnbs), to get a degree and especially to buy some Antminers. I've solo mined BCH (yes I know, don't judge me, the difficulty was much lower than BTC and my hashrate was low...) and I had a lot of luck: a lot of blocks.
All these blocks rewards, I instant swapped them for BTC, and I held until the end of 2021, where I secured part of the profits by reselling. I continue to hold the rest of these BTC but those will be used to pay for my future retirement.

All of you here, regular and quality contributors, you and Bitcoin have allowed me to have a degree, a job I love, two years of wonderful travels, and finally the security of a home.

I sincerely want to thank you all, I guess for most of you it doesn't mean much, but some of you helped me change my life, and even all the Merits in the world wouldn't be enough to show my gratitude.
I will spend my time as much as possible to give back to the community, to the begginers starting their Bitcoin journey. I am not the most knowledgeable but I will try to learn more each day, and to share what I know when I could help.

Congratulations, I believe it's only a matter of time for me too, I will one day build my house using Bitcoin as the source, my plan for this to happen is already in work, if things go well for crypto in 2025 I will be able to make some good amount of money, enough to build a houses because I have been buying Bitcoin since last year now and money keeps coming in steadily, enough to feed me and my family, and also enough to DCA into Bitcoin. It is very good that you managed to convert your income into real estate. I think this is very reasonable, because owning a house is a very good goal, and if you managed to achieve this big goal through investing in cryptocurrency, then this is even more encouraging, this is a very good example for many here.

I too, would like to achieve this goal and build my house with the help of investments in bitcoin. I am working hard on this and increasing my investment now so that I can have this opportunity in the future.

Congratulations mate, I understand your excitement and I have been in that position before, most of us were not born with a silver spoon and the chances of us making it real big were slim due to the inequality of the traditional economic system.

-But Bitcoin came out of the blue and has changed the course of things for most of us, and bitcoin has helped us to achieve one or two of our goals and at the same time made us financially stable.

I can confidently say you earned it deservedly! 5 years of grueling work without assurance for what tomorrow will bring is seriously scary, but you managed to pull through because of your sheer perseverance! No luck's involved here if I do say so myself coz rain or shine bitcoin is profitable to many, I've had a few friends get their first cars, first house and lots, and whatnot during bitcoin's lowest points, all from crypto money too, so this just means the recipe was you all along my man (or woman)! The few times I made the mistake to discuss about my plans outside of this forum, IRL, I think you can imagine the reactions I got, it wasn't really positive  Feeling good reading all these messages, and really hope that all of you will be enough lucky and patient to take some good benefice from the money and time you invested in Bitcoin

Indeed Bitcoin is for more than one generation a hell of a chance, some of us were not lucky enough to be able to enjoy stocks and good rate mortgages like previous generations. It's a huge opportunity to have this network existing, even if it's risky!

I hope everyone here will reach their goals, I have read many posts that mention holding bitcoin in order to gain financial independence or at least real estate ownership. I wish you the best of luck in reaching your targets and knowing how to sell in time! This is the hard part but you have to force yourself to part with a few satoshis from time to time, even if it hurts your heart

Maybe we need to share more OP like positive stories in the crypto space, I myself have always been deeply grateful for the opportunities the school has given me. The most obvious is that it changes the quality of life in terms of material conditions, it helps me see money in a simpler way. And just like me, raising awareness needs to help people around more than just personal accumulation. And this is a truth that I see most clearly that bitcoin brings, it brings justice in life and equality of people in society.

I think it's amazing that you managed to profit enough and invest enough into Bitcoin to buy your own house at such a young age. Even if you have to pay property tax in fiat, it's still a success story, and how taxes are paid is something that's up to the legislators, so it's understandable. But have you paid for the house in Bitcoin directly? Have you found someone interested in exchanging property for Bitcoin directly? Or was Bitcoin a way to accumulate funds to you, but not a means of payment? It was the former, from what I gather (not a direct payment for the house in BTC), but perhaps I got that wrong. In any case, congratulations!

Overall, it’s always a big achievement for someone to buy his own house out from his bitcoin investment. It just means that OP has been very determined to achieve his goal regardless of the price fluctuations and high volatility that bitcoin kept on experience. And to think that you have bought a real property at a very young age, well, kudos to OP. That’s everyone’s dream, and hopefully your success will always bring encouragement to everyone here, particularly for newbies.

You have endured all hardships, hardships and limitations, continuing to keep btc no matter what. Even when it was hard for you, you didn't sell it and kept holding it. It took you years to achieve your cherished goal. Your actions are beyond praise and a role model for others. Your story is indicative of the fact that with the help of bitcoin you can close your material issues, but the path to this is not easy, and only the strong and stubborn will get what they want. In my opinion, btc is a kind of test of character for strength. Only a "strong hand" can make money with it, while "weak hands" will not hold and sell at the first panic.

Bitcoin is a unique chance that everyone can take advantage of, but not everyone will be able to achieve what they want with this. I don't believe that all owners of bitcoin will become rich and financially independent. Look at the past of btc: BTC was in the hands of many, but almost a few got rich. Therefore, only people like OP will get a good profit.

Many Congratulations to you OP. I think it’s a good achievement that you’re a home owner. Now, you can save up on the money formerly used in paying rent. And I know how renting can be a huge strain on ones finances.
I think it’s also great that you did so with the help of bitcoin. You can add this to the list of achievements bitcoin has started to and would later help you achieve.

I believe that the best thing to do would be making sure that you should be living a life where you are doing as well as hoped for.

Congratulations, you made a wise decision by selling Bitcoin near the top. I think the biggest portion of holders failed to sell at or near the top as you did, and that happens in every cycle. Actually, the person needs to be very skilled with a lot of knowledge to time the market, and as you described, you spent hours learning and gaining knowledge about the market and Bitcoin cycles, so you well deserved it. May you achieve more than what you did, as the meaning of life lies in finding new targets and working to achieve them. However, Bitcoin can still be profitable in my opinion, thus your remaining BTC will help you somehow in the future.did
