House is dream of many people in this world. Because many people suffering from the rented house by various means. Some house owner will not allow the people to use plenty of water for their basic needs. Secondly house owners will not allow to shout in their home. This things happen because of rented house. The continuous savings from you had made this happens, hope you save of 2-3 bitcoin for your house. Because the land cost for the house itself very high now, he manage to buy the land at the right amount. The way of savings can be done from the house rent itself, in many countries the house rent will be managed to 100-180$ as minimum based on your family size. For the big family the minimum house rent is 180$ and for 3-5 people, you can find the home at 100$. If you own a house, that 100$ will goes to your crypto savings.
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Congratulations that is one of the many success story happened to a person investing in Bitcoin owning your personal Home. That testimonial is worth sharing to others. Doing your own research, strategy, confidence, eagerness and luck are some of the main components to reach success. I think many would be motivated once they heard your story. Even me upon reading your story is pushing me to strive hard to do Bitcoin investments to achieve my future goals. I hope one day I could buy my own properties too and give a beautiful future for my daughter.

Great, congrats on doing what many people dream of. I also plan to buy a house in 2026 if bitcoin can hit ATH in 2025. I am accumulating some bitcoins and will keep accumulating them until the bulls come back. I am putting my hope in bitcoin, because it is the only hope that can help me earn a lot of money to fulfill my dream.

Imagine how easy things would just be if the government lets you buy properties using bitcoin but also paying the taxes using the same. Sounds like a lot of work to actually get money out of bitcoin and convert it into your local currency and explaining where and how you got that money if Bitcoin is illegal or dodgy in your country.

I'm just under 30, and after 5 years of doing ALL IN in BTC I don't regret it.

This is a great motivation and evidence that Bitcoin can bring significant achievements to our lives. I know it's been a tough journey for you to attain your dream home, but you've persevered through it all and believe in Bitcoin. Can you share with us your investment strategies when it comes to Bitcoin? Or perhaps, could you kindly give us some tips to follow so we can accumulate enough funds through Bitcoin investment, which may enable us to buy a desired house or a fancy car?
Sometimes, a story of someone rising up after a fall can make our motivation even stronger so we don't give up easily. Have you faced any difficulties or problems in the past five years that made it seem impossible to hold onto Bitcoin anymore?

I was finally able to buy my house thanks to Bitcoin guys!!!

I had sold some of my BTC back in November 2021, and since that moment I was waiting to find the right opportunity, the right house. Now it's done, I've found it and I am more than happy to know that I own this security.

I had no other FIAT savings, no stock in the stock market, everything of value I own I was able to acquire only through BTC. I know it's not reasonable, nor necessarily intelligent, but heh, when you are born broke and have no diploma, no inheritance, BTC is still one of the few real hopes to improve one's social condition and living conditions. At least from my point of view..
I'm just under 30, and after 5 years of doing ALL IN in BTC I don't regret it.

I started out with just a backpack, a few hundred dollars and an old Thinkpad. I spent hours, dozens of hours reading about BTC and economy, lurking here, without even having an account for most of the time. Back in the time, I had sold some of my BTC after a pump to get a place to live (I mean to be able to rent an stable apartment and stopping to sleep in a fucking Citroen C3, or shitty Airbnbs), to get a degree and especially to buy some Antminers. I've solo mined BCH (yes I know, don't judge me, the difficulty was much lower than BTC and my hashrate was low...) and I had a lot of luck: a lot of blocks.
All these blocks rewards, I instant swapped them for BTC, and I held until the end of 2021, where I secured part of the profits by reselling. I continue to hold the rest of these BTC but those will be used to pay for my future retirement.

All of you here, regular and quality contributors, you and Bitcoin have allowed me to have a degree, a job I love, two years of wonderful travels, and finally the security of a home.

I sincerely want to thank you all, I guess for most of you it doesn't mean much, but some of you helped me change my life, and even all the Merits in the world wouldn't be enough to show my gratitude.
I will spend my time as much as possible to give back to the community, to the begginers starting their Bitcoin journey. I am not the most knowledgeable but I will try to learn more each day, and to share what I know when I could help.

Selamat anda sudah berhasil membeli rumah,.

Semoga bisa menginspirasi bagi kita semua, apalagi saya yang baru bergabung diforum ini berkat teman dekat saya.

Sorry, I don't really have any tips to give I think, I am not very legit to give some. All I did was buying / mining, accumulating, and hold.
As I had nothing to lose, I just bet on BTC and was lucky. Of course you need knowledges, understanding what you are doing, and to invest some real money, but I was lucky regarding of the difficulty of mining, the different prices I bought BTC with "big" amounts of fiat, and that the life didn't made things so hard that I must sell earlier.
For the mining part, I mined some sha256 altcoins, and always convert them in BTC. I paid almost nothing for electricity per kw/h so it was not too risky. The difficult part was to buy some Antminers at the beggining, but they were very cheap if I compare with the last I bought in 2021.
For the buying part, I just bought BTC each time I had money to spend on it. It was like a DCA strategy, I was buying regardless of the price at the moment.
It always takes some time (IMO at least one halving / 4 years) to be very profitable, but it depends of the situation of each person.
If I was located in the USA, the target needed would have been higher than in my actual location.

Yeah I was hesitating to sell dozen of times... Sometimes I was like totally fiat broke, 0 on the bank account and the salary coming only in a long time. It was difficult to not touch the wallet but in reality I wasn't able to withdraw any sat during this times. I would have felt guilty if I did, and I had a clear target to reach, so it made it easier to hold.
The only times I didn't hesitate to use BTC was when buying more Antminers, because I was "sure" to earn more than what I spent, in a long term perspective. It was not always a clever choice, but globally it was profitable. I just lost some money with shitty Antminer S9k, some units were totally useless.

Thanks for the kind words, I think I answered to your message with the answer to bayu7adi  !

Well, I am so glad to hear that you are now the owner of your own property. I have helped other people to do the same and I count that as one of my own greatest accomplishments in life. These people were in the "mouse in the wheel" of life and they hardly had any savings, but through early investment and also good timing, they were lucky enough to sell their bitcoins for a huge profit and to pay off their houses.

A lot of people take the safe route by leaving their savings in their Bank accounts and getting the little bit of interest that does not even survive inflation. We take the risk to buy bitcoins and we reap the rewards by taking that huge risk on something that are basically still in the experimental stages.  Tongue
Thanks!
It's very nice that you shared your knowledges with these people !

I totally agree with you, it is very good to be in the loop still early, even if I would have start my BTC journey in 2010  Grin Grin Grin

Each time i come across this username, I've always wondered what made you chose such a name, I am glad that today, I've found the reason why and no need to wonder anymore  Grin.

A really big congratulations to you friend, though this might be coming late, but I believe its never too late to say congratulations to someone who truly deserve it, having one owns home is one of the best investments ever, and I am happy for you  that you were able to achieve this through bitcoin....

Congrat once again, and I wish you more good achievements going forward into the future.

Thank you so much ! Wish you the best too for the future !

Not gonna happen in a million years I think. The government is pretty indignant with using the native currency for everything that involves finances like taxes and properties, plus a lot of people in today's era are still none the wiser with what bitcoin could do, so it's going to be useless waving a ledger with bitcoins in front of their faces offering to buy their land when they don't even know what bitcoin could do.

House is dream of many people in this world.Because many people suffering from the rented house by various means. Some house owner will not allow the people to use plenty of water for their basic needs.Secondly house owners will not allow to shout in their home. This things happen because of rented house. The continuous savings from you had made this happens, hope you save of 2-3 bitcoin for your house.Because the land cost for the house itself very high now ,he manage to buy the land at the right amount.
I'd argue that owning your house is both a blessing and a curse. For one, it is real estate, so you can bet your bottom dollar you'd get large sums of money from it if you ever decide to put it up for sale, but on the other hand, the costs of maintaining a house far outweigh the costs of renting, plus the housing bubble is soon collapsing with countries outside of America, like China for instance already experiencing its effects.
