We spent money sometimes on things we cannot account for and then people assume them to be money wasted on them, but on a reality base, we must be responsible for anything we spent our money for because we know what it takes to get money whenever we are in need and the work we do that fetch us money should also be considered in other not to always renders our efforts in vain whenever we work, make money and spend the money on unnecessary things that are unaccounted for.

You're right, don't spend on something that's just for nothing. We should not be extravagant and careless shopping. We must remember our future life, what impact will we experience if we still live a wasteful lifestyle and only do something in vain.

People now a days are really buying those expensive things to show off in social media. I myself don't understand it, but it is because they want attention. It is okay to live those wasteful lifestyles if they are very rich, as they can do it, but for us, that is only getting enough, and if we do that we are just wasting money. I do really see some people in social media doing those expensive things, for which I know they take out a loan just to do it. I am glad that I am not really into social media, and I just want to spend my money on things that I need in my life or for my family.

Well it could either be that I am spending too much on something that I don't really need or I primarily focus on things that are just needed and kind of "over-saving" myself. Finding that balance is really important. If you can establish this balance, the moves you have already made allow you to live comfortably. I would spend on my friends but every time I think about it I feel like there's a rivalry, like they want to show off as having more than I do and they wouldn't spend on me outside of buying food or drinks when we're partying.

It's like a common agreement that we often buy each other treats like one person pays for pizza, someone brings snacks, but although we know each other for more than 15 years we wouldn't buy each other expensive gifts. If I did that they'd feel that I'm on another level and looking down at them. That's why we rarely talk about money, we don't borrow from each other and so on.

Other people may not like to judge us because we have money to buy anything from income or savings, we have dreams to buy something we want to achieve and we are responsible for that decision, even though other people consider it a waste of money but we have other funds for emergency needs and investment funds so what we buy is not related to the allocation of other funds, we also have to have passive income to cover big expenses and nothing is in vain if we enjoy income from work to buy our dream items, but we should consider not buying it if the price is above 30% of the amount of savings.

Yes, we cant really that be so assure that our kids would really be looking back at us on the time that we are old and having no job for us to support ourselves.We've seen the worst where

Do not be afraid to spend the money on your people when they really need it, but be wary of spending it on stupid things and if you think your car and your clothes are important, you may want to start thinking if you have any significant goal in life and where does it get you in the next 10 years.

We need to admit the truth we are thinking more towards for us than others with us compared to few decades back so people are attracted to things like you said luxurious car, branded clothes, watches and the list is being endless. Atleast we should back them when they are in need and I hope I am in that way and also I don't try to put down other for my progression.

Health care is very important these days so taking the appropriate health insurance for our family members ensure their life safety in case of an emergency.

Big house, luxury car, wearing branded clothes, or eating in restaurants… we can say we work, save, and invest just to achieve those things. I believe that is everyone's dream and desire, no one doesn't want it. But when our life is difficult, we can't achieve those things, so we consider those things as waste. For those who can't afford it, it's wasteful spending, but for the rich, it's normal.
The future of our children should be a priority, but when I achieve financial freedom, I will also spend on those things, that is a goal for all of us, not just my own.

As we are getting older, we are now more invested in the future and taking care of our family. Before, when I still didn't have family or a daughter, my goal was always to party and drink hard every day. not in my mind, saving money or buying appliances for my future family weren't priorities. But now, even though I haven't fully regretted it, if I had saved that money and also bought things like appliances, we would be doing better now. We really prioritize our family first, even if we need to sacrifice ourselves just to give them a better life. My goal right now is to have our own home and live peacefully.

The time for having a good income, buying a house, getting a car, having a good life, and all of that is far behind now. Sure in first world nations maybe some people could join the work force at 22 and could buy a house until they are 40, it is possible. However in my nation one house worths 500 months of my salary, 500! And that's today, and it is the whole salary as well.

This is proof enough that I won't be buying a house, thankfully my parents had one, but I wouldn't be able to buy one as it is right now. This is why I think this whole "rich dad poor dad" logic has died, we just need to find a way to live a life that we are happy with, and just peacefully die, that should be our goal.
