I do not think that if the Men's team is strong, that country women team will be equally strong. A lot of factors come into play like if the same importance is given to the Women's team, the infrastructure& budget spent on the team and more importantly the natural talent the women players possess compared to the men's team. If a men team is a champion, it does not mean that the women's team will have the same status.

Even though cricket is a very popular sport in both Indian and Pakistan but there is not much hype or talk about the Women's cricket team for both countries. In fact, cricket is considered as a gentlemen's sports in the Sub-Contient and Asian regions.
