its been dropping badly since the beginning of May and now that we are in the middle of June still the price is not consistent?
are you still holding or have you already divert or sold your coins to other crypto?

Let's see how it all goes further in this season as we are getting closer to bitcoin halving against next year, we should be more anticipated to hodl more than we've been in time past because the only target we have is on the bull market and definitely all the coins will make a good performance then, that's why we may not encourage nothing than to hodl or still buy more because we are still in the bear season and this drop is common as well to other coins.

because this zone is the same accumulation zone as 2021, so don't wait, buy and hold is a wise choice.

Buying shiba inu at this point is good enough but not so good also since there is high risk possibility that the price and market may not fully react the same way as 2021 as you mentioned and also as a meme coin,  I won't take shiba for long term base but short-term speculations yes but not for the long term as the case may be, Shiba inu have pumped a lot in the past and the possibility of it making that same price attempt is again in doubt even though we may have some possibility for that to happen anyways.

But regardless,  altcoin investment is based on luck because no one knows the next coin to pump so you can take the risk base on the percentage you are ready to risk on.

I do not think that it would make any sense to even have it at the first place let alone have anything that would resemble holding, because if you are holding that means you bought it to start, and if you bought it then it makes no sense anyway, then you should sell it right away, no reason to keep it.

If you want to make that money back, buy something that will go up, most of the coins are low right now which means that if you buy right now then you are going to get higher again in the future. This is why it is a smart decision to never hold this, hell it's even smarter to never even having it. I understand some people will argue against it and like it, but I have to warn all of them not to do that, it's a very dangerous situation without a doubt.

also supposed to suffer the same thing like shiba inu.
I guess many just don't really favour this coin anymore though the trading volume is still kinda high, but regardless it seems the presence of newer meme coin like milady and pepe will definitely ate that share of shiba inu market capitalisation in the long run.
moreover the fact that elon rarely shill for it just make things worse, i'd definitely prefer to convert it to doge coin.

Why not convert them to some coin or token with actual utility and potential? I don't understand why people lock their money in tokens which are solely dependent on hype from either a celebrity like Elon Musk or the community and they have no potential themselves to get any organic growth, it is much better if someone buys another coin if they are about to hold it for some time because meme coins are not to be held for long.

One should only invest a very small amount in a meme coin and sell it immediately when they see they are in profit and if the token falls back, they should simply sell and forget about it instead of holding on to the tokens hoping for it to go up again which barely happens in meme coins.

Because up until now, a lot of people are jumping on this market for the idea of getting rich quick with their coins or tokens.
Sadly, most of these hyped up coins or tokens will just die without a warning. If there's no solid use case, better abandon the project.
Most developers of this kind are only looking for a way out before people finally realize they are holding worthless tokens.
It is hard to sell a project if there's no reason why it is in the market, hype is temporary, people can easily hop from one project to another.
If you are too late to sell yours, you are screwed. So for long-term purposes, better stick to the top alts with massive use case in the market.

I wonder why people still hold such coin knowing too well that project was over hyped resulting in sudden price increase, after the coin gained some popularity I never see any further development from this project. I understand they paid heavily for marketing and promotion which made it turned out to be number 2 in position of memecoin after dogecoin, but if I were op I wouldn't rely on that project or holding much of it because altcoin aren't to be trusted with 100 percent.

If you arent aware, SHIB is also a meme coin which is based on Dogecoin which it did really just turned out that this one get hyped and been that able to get that huge attention and recognition in the market and now after how many years then it would really be that impossible that they wouldnt really be giving or making out such update or changes about on having their utility which they have able to do so with this upcoming SHIBARIUM on which means that it isnt really that been considered to be a meme coin anymore considering that it does really have that actual utility.
If you are a long term SHIB holder then its up to your choice whether you would be accumulating more or not. We arent still on a bull run yet and we dont
have the idea whether this one would fly on or not.

I'm also still holding SHIB on Binance, because this year's SHIB is really at DIP price.
There's no reason not to sell it, if I'm desperate to sell it now, I'm sure I can regret it later.

Stopped holding coins in the exchanges, it’s pretty risky because you know centralized exchanges can be hacked at any time, as like FTX is gone though it was bankruptcy. I don’t think holding SHIBA will be worth holding, meme coin will not be safe for the long-term investment.

regardless thats still fair point honestly, the big community and many fans mean nothing if it couldn't climb up in term of valuation.

If you are still holding after all this time and basically the proof that it is not working, then you are making a big mistake and shouldn't be investing at all. I understand that people are not really caring for it and not doing the right moves, but I have to point out that it is not going to be easy at all. I get that we are looking into something that looks a bit different, but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with a bit of a trouble when the time comes.

I just hope that people could end up with a good result one way or another and if shiba brings you a lot of profit then I will be very happy about it but I also feel upset when people lose money and looks like there is a chance people could lose money on this as well.

We don't know what the future holds for a coin like the Shiba, but it is a very risky coin to hold for long periods of time. However, if the OP is still holding this coin and still hoping the price will go up, that's understandable. as long as he accepts the risk the price of this coin could fall at any time. If he didn't have that much money in shiba, maybe he could save it and forget about it until there was good or bad news about shiba.

If you have profits from SHIB just sell and invest another altcoin with great use case. Because as I can see there is no proper use case for SHIB. It's only hold because of community power. It will down soon near future. So if you have chance to get profits you butter should consider about that because too much greedy makes too much losses.
