What if the loan was business related? From one business to another? When the loan was requested so that materials could be bought etc etc?

Good point....In my case it was personal so I shall not ask for mine to be covered..but if in your case it had to do with Coldkey business then of course I would say you would need to be reimbursed as well as a casualty of the ColdSkam fallout.

mine was a business loan but a lot smaller than some others - I think Hookzup1 stated he loaned him and was promised a % of future sales
seems like yogg was making tons of various deals with anyone/everyone he could just to stack more sats.

LOL. I’m sure Yogg probably appreciates seeing comments like this. I think you’re kidding, but there are a lot of crazies on the internet so don’t fire them up too much.
I’m a bit disappointed that Yogg didn’t stick around if this was just a bad gambling decision. I think those who call him a friend should talk him into joining a signature campaign and donating all of his proceeds to coldkey victims he stole from until they’re all paid back no matter how long it takes.
You don't get it and you clearly don't read replies. Yogg is NOT looking or logging into this forum at all. How Do I know that? Because I've posted it 10 times already and you're just a lazy shitposter for your 1 BTC a month from Stake.com... Get a real job loser... <end shit on Ognasty shitposts> For the record I was ONLY rugged of a silver set. Did I seek refund from cygan? No. Do I want him to refund me? Hell no. Do I care if I get refunded? Not really, I've suffered much greater losses TBH. Anyhow, yogg will shortly be living in the shitty parts of paris with probably a needle in his arma few times a day. Fuck that guy. I don't believe in dwelling on anger and negativity. I've already moved on. I suggest you all try to as well, as dwelling on this POS is not worth the time or typing energy. Not mention it's just a waste of Internet as well.. You seem pretty angry and are dwelling on a hatred of me for years over god only knows what reason so excuse me if I believe you’ll continue being your same miserable self for years to come over this. My assumption was that people who call him a friend had other ways to contact him than this forum alone. Given the amount of people who claim to have conversed with him on various chat rooms, I think that is a safe assumption. +$4 Serious question, who do you hate more? Me, the guy who donates money and time to send BTC for over a decade to those who buy my goods, or Yogg, the guy who pretended to be your friend and then ripped you off?

The loan I gave was for him to pay back all past due orders and buy all the holograms and material for the raffle and future projects he had planned after getting caught up with everyone and back on track, in return I was promised 20% of all profits on a monthly basis until paid back then 10% of all profits going forward. I saw 0 but know he did use some of the funds to pay back some past due people and buy materials

What’s the final total BTC, please? And total how many community impacted users are there?
These are some of our suggestions 1. Create limited edition unload-able silver coins (we will do unique design proposals and people can chose). This design will never be reused. All work from our side will be for free as long as we are in budget. 2. Same option like 1 but loadable / buyer funded coins 3. Give the amount to chosen charity of impacted people. (Can be per person) 4. As someone mentioned order custom ballet cards. 5. Divide btc by total users and give to each user. 6. Bulk buy of known silver crypto coins like Niue coins, etc and give to impacted users.
Regards
Great ideas to be considered....here is the BTC from the auctions as per MinerJones quote... 0.38875 Current balance -0.00065 postage -0.00190 postage -------- 0.3862 true/adjusted balance -0.4003 total bids -------- -0.0141 outstanding bids
There are 2x bids for 0.013 and 0.0011 outstanding Once we get those 2x payments, we will have our balance of 0.4003
Thank you. Is there a count of total number of people impacted (and if possible loss per person)?

There are many people out of thousands of dollars, I'm not sure how it would be split best.
Personal loss is about 500 EURO
To Polymerbit: about $10k in damages

Honestly debating what to do is going to take forever and just give more thought to Yoggs POS scam self….
Raffle sounds pretty fucking good eh? Lol
Or donate it to a charity that helps kids??
My personal loss was just in premiums paid for products that are now practically worthless. I would never loan Yogg money and always jumped his ass right away about funding my purchases. Probably out a few thousand but oh well - live and learn.
Personally - I lay no claim to auction funds if you guys are going to try to divide the .4 up as legally all swiped funds have been returned and everyone lost premiums. I bet on coldscam and lost. I’ll take the L. I knew better and even called out this as the next scam… yet still bought them.
Raffle seems fair if we all want a shot at some sats - I love to gamble so seems fun and less time consuming than debating what to do.
… or donation - just make sure it’s a good charity and not a rip off one.
Seems best to make a poll - put 3-5 options and let those affected or full members vote on it. Let’s get this shit over with tho as we should all be in the acceptance phase of grief and moving the fuck on from Yogg.

Let’s just make 2 polls. 1 for who benefits & 1 for the distribution. No alt accounts can double vote.
Who benefits?
*Multiple Answers* 1. Everyone who was rugged 2. Everyone who lost premium due to peeling after warning (includes rugged people bc they also lost premium) 3. Everyone who never received a purchased item or funding from Yogg 4. Everyone who gave Yogg a business loan 5. Everyone who donated items to charity auctions (if it’s a coin or card)
Remedy?
*Multiple Answers or One Answer* 1. Collectible coin or card 2. Raffle with one winner 3. Raffle with multiple winners 4. Distribute funds directly to victims 5. Give to a reputable charity 6. Other

It would literally be impossible to figure out reimbursement for anything other than the directly yogged halving sets. Just myself I'm over 1 btc in losses if you count premium for my collection of over 200+ coldkeys, unfunded history cards, unrecieved orders, and thats still not accounting for the .5 BTC business loan, the 6 yogged halving sets in my collection or the 12 raffle tickets I paid for.

Simple answer is a custom ballet with remainder of funds distributed to the cards or a raffle. I say ballet because they do custom designs & they’re trusted.

I agree. If anything, it’s likely that Yogg is still posting here with alt accounts and attempting to further benefit from his scam using the charity angle to collect a portion of the donated funds. I think it’s horrible what he did but it’s impossible to fairly or equally compensate all victims at this point. The whole situation is awful and I’m not trying to discourage donations. If there were any way to fairly distribute funds to all victims I’d donate myself. I just don’t see how that could be possible.
