There needs to be a poll or polls to decide.  There's a lot of people (most affected people) that lost premiums & if they don't get a dime, that would be a shame.

  My thoughts would be along these lines...

  Pay back swept people who refused Cygan's BTC and also anyone who sent BTC to SKamKey raffle .
  Pay back Cygan his BTC given out to make people whole.(He volunteered to do this and had no reason to do so)
  Any leftovers go to people who ordered cards and never received.
  Pay back peoples business loans given to SkamKey.

Well, you're forgetting the main losers here.  Everyone who was swiped or peeled their cards to prevent being swiped & all the premium they lost.  Maybe a split of proceeds go to compensating people who now have worthless hotel keys haha

As much as I agree with you buddy, but premiums is very subjective. Personally 0 of coldkeys were swept and I lost everything in premium, no order recieved and loan. But premiums is an ugly pandora's box that shouldn't be open.

All because the same people who will receive the auction funds were around to vouch and help perpetuate this fraud…. Pretty damn ironic if you think about it.

Many of us knew him personally. That’s why this was so fucked up. Especially for Owlcatz, who knew him very well and tried working with /helping him out. But Patrick did this all on his own, and no one else is to blame nor do I view their reputation tied to cold key at all. If anything Owlcatz and Cygan’s reputation is better than before, as both have been very upfront, trying to help out those who lost money etc.

It’s simply a shit situation.

Premiums are what buyers attach to the product, yes I too paid many times over face for certain cards but how in the living f is anyone gonna prove that or even track it? It seriously boggles my mind, so drop that idea. The best these funds will cover is Cygan's losses out of pocket which should be #1 to me, and the others who never sought refunds from Cygan like myself... Sure many people bought cards on the forum so history can be looked up, but many many others did off-forum deals (PM etc etc) as well.

The fact that everyone freaked out and peeled every card they had as a result of only 2 specific sets known to have been swept PROVES this was NOT an orchestrated fraud from the beginning. NO other cards have been swept... So ... That leads to the question, why should anyone be reimbursed for funds that were never likely to be swept? (For the record, Yogg was a genius in terms of IQ, but came at the expense of social skills and other aspects of his life..  So... IMO, I KNOW if he had done this on purpose from day one, all funds would have gone woosh at once for ALL cards ...

Ummm reality check.. he swept another round a month after the first swipening.  He also missed some cards the first time in the same batch. Genius? Maybe not lol.  People literally left funds on their shit & he fuckin Yogg’d their ass later as an extra fuck you to everyone 🙄 leaving funds on one still is like going back in time & buying a bunch of 2FA Titans

The premium reimbursement is plausible & I’ll be giving my suggestions as soon as the poll is complete.  Let’s face it, you got a handful of people who want it all to go to people to propped up the scammer, guilty or not themselves & all the “common folk” who just lost a lot of Fuckin money trusting someone everyone was giving personal loans to keep the racket going…. I could be mistaken but didn’t some of his backers know he was whacked out on drugs, not delivering old ass orders, constantly borrowing $ & making excuses?  Is this someone you would tell the community to trust?  I’m not saying they intentionally did anything to scam anyone, I’m saying the warning signs were there.  I’ve spoken to OG’s that sold their cards long ago bc they lost confidence.  I’ve trusted the wrong people in my life too, believe me, but looking back, I had that feeling that they were capable of what they did.
