1. I really get confused thinking about this, is it important to have certificate of everything i learn, or any skill,
you know in this internet world, how easy it is to gain knowledge through books, free MIT videos on youtube, youtube, educational websites, etc.
is it important to have certificate of everything i have learned,
can i get job in companies, after showing my knowledge about that specific skill/subject/ without certificates.

2. Blockchain and money course by Gary gensler , you may know about this, but it is interesting MIT course for free
here's the link :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EH6vE97qIP4&list=PLUl4u3cNGP63UUkfL0onkxF6MYgVa04Fn

2. Blockchain and....

Very interesting question. It's actually important but not necessary. I actually prefer a certificate-less employee who can do his/her job really well.... compared to someone who knows little to nothing but is certified on a mere Certificate that he/she knows or can do the job very well. Very disgusting thing to experience.

Certificate just makes things easy for the truely qualified in a dumb world. But if you are smart enough you easily can qualify for right job without it.

In cruel world you need first certificate rather than have any kind of knowledge or not.

Yes, it is possible to get a job without certificates if you can demonstrate your knowledge and skills for that specific field. However, certificates can make you stand out from the competition and increase your chances of getting hired.
