In some conversations that I have had with some rich people who are old, they most times always say that they invested in real estate and that was how they made some fortune. Young people understand that investing is key and paramount to securing a better future like these Old rich men did then, But the question now is what exactly to invest in for young people. Is it wise to follow in the steps of the old rich men who had investments in Real Estate, or do they completely now invest in cryptocurrency? The answer is sometimes traced to the one that offers the lowest risk and loss of capital.

The less riskier from Real Estate and cryptocurrency is Real Estate, but less risk,, less reward. The risk that come with the higher volatility of cryptocurrency makes the profit that can be gotten bigger. Will you go for less risk, or big profit?

Everything does not always work like this. There are some businesses that you are only going to take a lesser risk but with big results. I don't see cryptocurrency as an opportunity that is causing us a bigger risk. When we are doing is just holding which is the little risknwe are taking as an investor. The cryptocurrency market always moves up and down ams if we are able to target the market very well then we are not going to wait for a longer time before we earn consistent profits from the market just like as trader that is trading against or in support of the market.

I think they both work on the principles of garbage in, garbage out as your amount of profits depend on the amount of money invested .
I would rather have the both rather than wanting to have only one and no matter how promising either Bitcoin or real estate might seem, they both have their risk and both of them are risky investments that are capable of giving a worthy return over a period of time so while trying to choose the investment or asset to invest in, one should do a proper research and be conscious of the risk involved before jumping into investing rather than just wanting to follow threads.

I think both can be profitable if you are in the right situation, we know that real estate and crypto have their respective times, so when the crypto market is sluggish we should switch to real estate and vice versa. in this case I also want to do that

Right now I prefer less risk than big profit which will automatically become big risk, in investing of course we have to have a strategy, we can try big profits but with a small value, it's too risky to invest with large values especially when we don't know what the current trend is in front of the product we choose.

You can't gain big profits if you have only a small investment, meaning big risk; big profit is also a big investment. The greater the investment, the greater the risk. I know you are one of those people that are choosing less risk as you know you can earn profit on it but only small.  We do have our own preferences, but for me, if you can balance both, or, in the case of a bigger risk, minimize the risk, then it has a high chance that you'll earn big, which is why you need to learn first.




 

There’s no way you can expect for a bigger profit out from a small investment, but with a bigger risk comes with a bigger profit. However, if you are not still able to go on a big investment, then start with a minimal investment first and when you start seeing profits, then increase gradually the level of your investment until you achieve the maximum investment. Why not if you have enough money to invest and use for it, anyway the decision is always be yours if you think that you work on both sides or you can switch on it from time to time. It's tough since the situation always has a downfall. You need to make sure that the timing is right to make your participation profitable.

Yes, why we should compare between Bitcoin and land investment? It is not needed, right? If we have enough money, why we don't invest in both land and Bitcoin. Lands is surely less risky, we can put more money here. While for Bitcoin, ideally we put less than 50% of all our total money. Bitcoin is always a high risk investment although we know well how Bitcoin price improves/changes. So, it is better to use the money that we can afford to lose. In addition, we must be wise to use money, make a realistic target for each investment we make!

Property, Bitcoin,Gold or whatever investments that we could have then it isnt really just right to make up some comparison because they do have their advantages and disadvantages of their own.This is why it would really be that really varying or depending on where someone would be really be dealing with. Some could be able to bare up the high risks of crypto and some do just decide on going into other businesses which does

I mean that, as long as I have the means, I would invest in real estate, and also invest in cryptocurrencies, is that the best strategy? if possible, I could also invest in gold and silver too.

I will not blame anyone that kicked against the investment in Bitcoin as is an online investment in which many have been scammed, it will take an extra effort to convince such people. This is particularly when those people are more offline in their investments, they mostly believe in physical businesses and buying lands and precious metals as their assets.

However, such people must be duly monitored to help them so that they are not discouraged by the fluctuating price of the coin.

There is no correct answer on question OP asked. This is like choosing favorite crayons - everyone have their own favorite colors and it depends on the situation. Each investor is in different situation. Someone is able to wait, other dont have such opportunity. Someone wants an easy path, other prefer difficulties or suffer. Everyone have their own life situations.

Personally, I prefer to take less risk. I am not a risky person in general. I have other sources of income, that is why crypto investment is just an addiction to others and I prefer take little from many. Another reason why I prefer less risk - I am quite new or dont have much experience in trading and investing. Plus I am a realist. I dont believe in big profit or easy money today.

Young people sometimes prefer crypto because crypto can be started with very minimal capital, while real estate has quite a lot of capital. besides that, in the crypto world, the investments we make can sometimes provide big profits quickly, but the risks also have the same potential. many people tend to run both types of investment, such as starting with crypto, then developing their investment into real estate. all of these types of investment depending on our choices, as well as our strategy in running it. many young people are still running these two investments. Older people also tend to choose real estate because they sometimes don't really understand crypto, or don't want to take too much risk by using a lot of capital.

I personally think that rather than getting people invest in Bitcoin especially by themselves, we should work hard on getting them educated about it so as not be held responsible for any loss if things don't turn out well.

In a country like mine, people are diving more into digital investments and it seems we're late on it but that's because of the high rate of crimes and scams associated with online investments but I think we're taking the bul by its horns this time and regardless of all odds, people from my country side are already embracing digital investments and Bitcoin but that doesn't mean that they still wouldn't grabs an opportunity to buy land if given..

I don't see any need for competition because I know of people who are doing extremely well in real estate without buying or owning a single Bitcoin and vice versa, so I don't see any need for unnecessary comparison just to make it seem like one it's been left out if not buying land or buying Bitcoin.

I will go for both these 2 kinds of investment. they are have each advantage to be invested for. Investing in Real estate has some advantages such as: 

• The Results tend to be positive. In property investment, Scarcity plays an important role. So generally, the return on property investment is always positive more over if you have good location on your property investment.
• Resistence to the inflation. Investing in Property become one of the ways to keep our investments from the affect of inflation. the value of the investment that we put on property will not decrease as like the value of a currency that got the affect of inflation. Or even save from volatility price as like bitcoin.

But in other hands Investing in Bitcoin has some advantages such as: 

• Desentralized. We can put invesment (hold bitcoin) without any third party to save our investment in bitcoin because it is decentralized. So, no need for extra charge for third party services.
• Volatility price of bitcoin. It is like Double-edged Blade because we can earn more money by trading it or just wait for some time. We can see to the graph below that bitcoin price has increasing almost double from the lowest posision

They are more inclined to real estate because they are old fashioned and they had proven that real-estate is a good way of investing.  They are incline to believe in what they had experienced.  That is why most seniors choose physical property investments than digital one.

We may not need to compare them but we surely need to analyze how the risks are. So, we can use the proper amount of money on them. It is dangerous if we use the money carelessly on certain investment without research/analysis. For a high-risk investment, the right way is to use a small amount of money. It is like a specualtion, we may earn or lose the money. While for safer investment, use a bigger amount of money is no problem. We know that it is a safe place to use the money there. Based on the profit there'll be risk. When it comes to real estate it is riskier than cryptocurrency, because we invest huge and expect things to be sold after holding for sometime period. With cryptocurrency we doesn't need big money, we were able to invest what we can and experiment it. Real estate brings big profit as well as loss. It is obvious that winner will be known to the world, but if we go deeper we will be able to figure out good number of people who have lost their earnings on real estate investment.
