A long time ago many casinos have no house edge but they all didn't last long. House edge is where the casino owners earns a profit so they will always operate their casino with it. I don't think an AI can negate the effect of the house edge and if it's possible I don't think it will be released for public use because creators of those AI knew that it will only cause a trouble.
