If not, they can still get hacked and the KYC can be stolen and misused by the criminals. I don’t know why yours didn’t work, but I just created an account and afterwards log into the account and didn’t get any errors.

Note that, during the process of account creation I was asked to input the captcha and also sagger verifying my email I logged into my account while still being asked to solve a captcha and did it once.

Try to use the exact format that they gave you, if it’s in capital letter make sure you write it in capital letter if it’s in lowercase then input lowercase for them - see if that will solve your issue.
