Statistically, all kind of services have at least a few negative reviews based on the personal experience of their clients and I believe it is more likely for someone who is having troubles with the service to leave a negative review than someone who is having a good time and would leave a positive review.

In the end, complaints are more common. If some casino or sevice in general have upstandting (not shilled) positive reviews over negative ones, it could be taken as a signal of being a good service and worth one's time.

Also, I just noticed that OP (this pathetic scammer) was banned, which is something I did not expect to happen, nothing of value for this community was lost today.

Complains against casinos are very common as there are some gamblers out there which may lose control of their emotions for a time and lose way more money than what they indented and now they are salty this was the case, however those complains should not be regarded with any seriousness at all, however the accusations against 1xbit are very serious and a great deal of them have been confirmed to be true, which is why 1xbit is probably the least trusted casino in this forum.

At this level, 1xbit is not considered to be a good casino for anyone to play on or you risk losing your deposits, and from the unset, since I came to this forum I have seen that this casino has been the only casino that has active unresolved cases against them, and the team can not do anything to rebranding the casino or better still build a good reputation even though there have hard a change of management so many times.
This op is one of such attempt to distract members and convince newbies into making the mistake of depositing on this site thinking they are now under a better management.

The story of a new management seems very implausible to me. 1xbit does indeed link to the website 1xbit1 but otherwise I don't believe much of the story to be honest. The Op has also not responded for a while, which says enough. By the way, has anyone solved their problems with the new 1xbit representative? You should especially look ahead that it is not a scam attempt by someone posing as a representative of 1xbit when that is not the case. Now 1xbit gets a negative name in an incorrect way. 1xbit is legit and has many happy customers.

Whether new or old management, the reputation of 1xbit here is already tainted.
I don't know how they can improve the reputation of this site, hard to resolve all those old cases also.
Most of them already gave up with their respective cases. Also, I don't think the new management, if there's any, that can rectify all those issues.
If you are a serious owner and want to make a name in the gambling industry, much better if you will start fresh, a new domain name and not with an old casino full of unresolved issues. That alone, would be a headache for the new team.

1xbit already got files of cases stucked up waiting and begging to be resolved which they have played ignorance to hence the tag and account flag they received and now another group or set of team or scammers if you may wish to call them so are out there telling us they are the new team and management as the casino changed hands. I wonder here who is deceiving who and how come they could buy such casino without proper evaluation and possible investigation on the casino to know their stand if truly they are free without any form of flaws. I believe the OP ran away since he could not defend what he or she signed up for.

Yeah, op was an impersonator, an imposter, he made us believe that he and his team have acquired 1xbit, and that under the new management, every complaint that have ever came in from 1xbit customers that wasn't resolved, will be resolved. Not matter the amount of money involved.

Even though 1xbit is a known scam casino on its own, that dude indeed deserved to be banned since for me personally, I consider impersonation as a serious crime.
