I understand your concern, but 1xbit never changed their management some years ago. It was a trick to lure people to their site.
We can ensure you we are a legit company and we took over all the customers and like I said, I will do everything to make sure everybody who got scammed, will get paid the amount in full.
For me it is okay to speak about this, since the previous people didn't care about customers and people have the right to know what they are up against now and before.

I'd say it's uncountable and you'll get a lot of spam and you may get some unwanted or even fake claims. Let's say this is legitimate but I think 1xbit.com should be the one to announce it rather than some new account or just forget 1xbit there are legitimate casinos out there.

You can click the reference because that issue is verified. It’s nonsense to ask every victim to PM you because most them is already active long time ago here in the forum. You should be the one who reached out to them since their account details is available on the reference thread for the scam accusation.

This is a good gesture to clean your reputation but this is the second attempt on this kind of action. I hope this time it will work.

Whatever the 1xbit representatives say, whether it's new management or for sure, I, even all of us gamblers on this bitcointalk forum, can never easily believe what will be done about the casino, not even your casino management.
1xbit already has such a bad reputation among gamblers that it will be hard to trust it again.
The statement that they will resolve all problem cases and will refund any losses from customers has been the feedback from several threads but in reality none of the solutions that have been done have been proven concretely.
I doubt this is just a statement made just for profit.
It would be better if you really want to make a settlement, then first solve the problem that has been submitted by the customer in the support team and after that just provide the solution information here and we will be more able to accept or understand it.

The way you deal with the problem will show whether you really want to stop all your fraudulent activity or is this the next try to come back do tricks as if you have the intention to end all the cheating that has been continuously being done, but gamblers who clear-minded will not be tempted by all your promises because there are many trusted online casinos that are more worthy for gambling.
Scammers will always be scammers and I think you've had a drop in player numbers so come back to this dirty trick.

Probably they are trying to use the old 1xbit domain to redirect old users to the new domain as a sign that the casino is under the so called new management. They probably knew how damaged the 1xbit brand which they want to change the domain.

In regards with this matter. I just recently browse 1xbit and login my account. I can still access it right now and not redirecting on 1xbit1.com. I smell something fishy because both website are functional and it looks like this user is trying to fish 1xbit user to login credentials on new website.

There’s a high possibility that the new website is a scam scam because 1xbit is already scam while the new casino is scam too.

I also hope.that people learn from the past and why not just ignore them till they're ready to do the right thing.
We've seen some other persons still turn up with same claims and ended up even doing worst than what the previous ones did.
Rather than claim to be able to solve the complains that comes to you when you guys know it was done deliberately, why not just apologize for the old scams since you're a new administration and try to correct the old wrongs by not getting involved with criminal acts.

I once found a thread about customer loss reports, but only some of the loss reports were responded to but I don't know if they were genuine reports from customers or manipulation to restore their casino's reputation.

This is coming too late in the case it is true that the scam casino has taken up by another management. Of course bettors who suffered scam from 1xbit have moved on and probably deleted their proves after they denied not scamming people. This is the very first thing that came to my mind when I read the post of the OP, if this was another casino and I saw they were really trying to help the people that have been scammed then I could assume their story is true, but this is the second time the 1xbit casino has supposedly changed hands and they are trying to restore their reputation, and yet not only they did not changed their ways but many more people got scammed, so it is important no one falls for this as this is a tactic they tried before.

Even this new manager of this representative has not come up and say anything to solve problems that users have complained in the forum in the Scam Accusation Board. Users had advised him  him to address the issues to create small trust  in the forum but he has not, so from his mum people have taken him the disguise to the former manager.
The only way for 1Xbit company to have 0.0001%  trust in the forum, they have to address 90% issues in the forum and let people confess that, their funds which was scammed by 1Xbit has been refunded and since 1Xbit cannot do that, then they are deep into to it. And everyone should stay away from them.

it looks like they are trying to instantly solve by ignoring all cases or bleaching all cases as if they didn't exist and cleaned. This happens often I see when the company has a big case that can't be solved for decades. Ixbit is enough brave to do not to change the domain and still use that for marketing brands. Usually, when a company has a case like this, they will change the name and create a new brand to cover all cases.

The fact that the OP created a topic that he allegedly controls the domain 1xbit1.com it does not mean that he actually controls it and he did not provide any evidence, and they probably will not be, these 1xbit domains(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.........). com there are at least 11 pieces.

Also changing the domain name does not mean that they are clean and trustable now. I would suggest them to pay back all the money which they have scammed till now and only then we may be able to trust them. Also, i do not understand the reason for changing the domain name. I think what newbies should do is to first take the time to visit various on forum reviews of casinos before depositing and placing bets on them, if this member have taken the time to make an inquiry he would have avoided getting scammed.
Sorry ops but the money is gone and the team will not do anything to resolve your issues because your account was blocked intentionally since they already know there will not pay your winning, So just move on and avoid this casino for life.

If you have taken over the platform and the management has been changed, you should have access to their previous bitcointalk account, which has a bunch of negative feedback. If the management actually wants to clear things up, remove all the accusations, and pay the customers that lost money in scams, they should come up with the old account.

Creating a brand new account and claiming to be the new management who wants to pay the accusers for the money they've lost doesn't sound like something very legit to me. But I hope that it's true for the sake of those who lost their money, not for the platform itself.

It is rather unfortunate that many will continue to fall prey to this scammers, even with all the warnings around, and one of the major reasons being that many of us don't read, how then are we supposed to be informed if we don't read, everything that has to do with the internet involves reading, if you use the internet and don't form the habit of reading, then there is a high chance that you will not only loose opportunities, but you will also loose vital information as well as money in the process.

For us to always be safe in this space, it is very important for us to learn to do our own research, which invloves reading.

I sent email to securty 1xbit, i contacted on livechat, i sent you message here on bitcointalk forum private and you are not back to me.
I you have not returned back my deposits and just close my account. Whats wrong?

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.

He is right in informing us that 1xbit1.com redirect to 1xbit, but I don't think it is under new management because a casino that has a bad name and with new management is actually good news because there's a possibility of them rebranding and trying to regain their reputation but checking the site, there's no announcement on that.

don't get me wrong, lots of old people use starter accounts just for something. but especially for beginners who are here it's normal to have mistakes whatever that is.

but after all, sometimes beginners who come here to look for gambling don't research the casino first. even though the representative's account has been marked red which beginners should know about and must check the entire casino before registering or making a deposit. if something like this has happened, complaining will only be pointless.

OP — doesn't belong to 1xBit team and tries to impersonate 1xBit. He didn't prove his rights on 1xbit domains, and won't be able to do so.

As confirmed by the previous representative 1xbit.com did not change management,  according to them Op created this thread to try to blackmail them into giving some funds.

you never can trust the words of a scammer it could be that they were the same people that created the account, but you never can tell. I believe he tried to engage with the players who got scammed by 1xbit. If anyone loses huge money on 1xbit due to their scam, the player may spend money to recover it if any official says he has to send some money to release their money. It's an obvious scam but when people get scammed and desperately want their money back, they can get blind and sent money when they get such an offer. I felt that something fishy is going on with 1xbit. They may have thought that they would redirect their domain name to a new site and tell people that they will resolve all issues with new management, but that plan failed as none of the people here accepted this claim, so they may have abandoned the idea.

It is impossible that you open a site, and it directs to a new site without the owners of 1xbit who configured this redirection configuration. 1xbit are constantly speaking false here.

1xbit.com domain — works fine, but in a few countries. Most users are redirected to the backup domains (over 15 different domains) which are still belong to 1xBit, and only an owner of the main domain can establish a redirect.

OP — doesn't belong to 1xBit team and tries to impersonate 1xBit. He didn't prove his rights on 1xbit domains, and won't be able to do so.

You understand the message wrongly, OP tried to extort 1xbit --which, ironically, is the lesser of two evils on this case-- by asking for 1btc in exchange of OP deleting his post and give full access of his account to 1xbit, not offering.

The ulterior motive has also been nicely explained by OP on his second message, namely gathering customer's login details and funds confiscated,

1xbit.com domain — works fine, but in a few countries. Most users are redirected to the backup domains (over 15 different domains) which are still belong to 1xBit, and only an owner of the main domain can establish a redirect.
Managment — is still the same as it was since the creation of this account.
OP — doesn't belong to 1xBit team and tries to impersonate 1xBit. He didn't prove his rights on 1xbit domains, and won't be able to do so.

Actions of this person could be considered at least as a phishing, and anyone sending his details to this person is risking to get his details used in a way he wants.

You are right, this may be some form of technical marketing so the ops  to get more exposure through the constant usage of the company name in discussions online the more visible the become when searches are made.

They are more interested in clearing the false claims about their website and management so that new users who join don't go to another website to get scammed instead of clearing and resolving the issues of their previously scammed users and customers. Statistically, all kind of services have at least a few negative reviews based on the personal experience of their clients and I believe it is more likely for someone who is having troubles with the service to leave a negative review than someone who is having a good time and would leave a positive review.

In the end, complaints are more common. If some casino or sevice in general have upstandting (not shilled) positive reviews over negative ones, it could be taken as a signal of being a good service and worth one's time.

I don't know how they can improve the reputation of this site, hard to resolve all those old cases also.
Most of them already gave up with their respective cases. Also, I don't think the new management, if there's any, that can rectify all those issues.
If you are a serious owner and want to make a name in the gambling industry, much better if you will start fresh, a new domain name and not with an old casino full of unresolved issues. That alone, would be a headache for the new team.

1xbit already got files of cases stucked up waiting and begging to be resolved which they have played ignorance to hence the tag and account flag they received and now another group or set of team or scammers if you may wish to call them so are out there telling us they are the new team and management as the casino changed hands. Yeah, op was an impersonator, an imposter, he made us believe that he and his team have acquired 1xbit, and that under the new management, every complaint that have ever came in from 1xbit customers that wasn't resolved, will be resolved. Not matter the amount of money involved.

Even though 1xbit is a known scam casino on its own, that dude indeed deserved to be banned since for me personally, I consider impersonation as a serious crime.
