I honestly do not think that buying 1xbit was a good idea, should or would have been much better if you guys spent that money on building and developing an entirely new casino, or better still, looked for a better casino with no such bad reputation as 1xbit to purchase.

1xbit, as I know it, have scammed gamblers off their hard earned money, and if this amounts should be put together, I bet it will be running into several millions of dollar.
with such amount of money, you can develop a new casino and still have much more money for marketing and promotions, I personally can never trust anything related to 1xbit, and it doesn't matter whether a new managements takes over, I will never play on 1xbit.

I'm in charge of a stickied banner in Scam Accusations board that warns people not to play on 1xbit (unless they want to get scammed).

If you turn around the website and cease all forms of scamming and selective funds robbery, then I will remove the notice. But I think this is highly unlikely to happen as other members have pointed out.

I would say this is just another BS from 1xbit, I think they have tried similar thing like this before when they said that they were going to solve all issues but they did nothing. Lets just ignore it, they have really bad reputation already and I dont think there is chance for them to get a better reputation even if they can solve all issues (past and current) as many people are being skeptical already to 1xbit.

I have to say it would be most absurd move from them. I admitted i laughed at the excuse as it was a last thing i would have expected and seemed as a stretch and unbeliveable.
But if this was all just another scam and IF they paid what they owed, why would they go for all that trouble when with their reputation it would be probably easier to just start a new scam.

Funny enough if this ends up to be true and 1xbit gets their negative trust removed, 1xbt signature bounty hunters keep on having negative trust as they did what they did intentionally.

This is unprofessional and unacceptable if you are that serious about solving your issues it should not be in this section, it should be in the scam section or reputation board you should not post anything in the gambling section until you resolve all issues about the status of 1XBIT and there should be an announcement in your homepage that the platform is under new management.
I have this feeling that the old and the main domain 1xbit has been receiving a lot of bad feedback online that there is a need to change the main domain, if not then tell us the main reason why.

Somehow I can't believe this news. This has been said before and nothing has changed. I won't believe it until I see that all the scam allegations are resolved. Until that has happened I would remain cautious and would still not recommend 1xBit. 

I'm curious if you really manage to restore the reputation and solve all the problems. Otherwise this announcement brings nothing. With this takeover, you also took on many, many problems. I doubt if that was a good decision. It's going to be a tough task, Mark!

the user posted the problem on march 12th so it's still very new.
 
The way you deal with the problem will show whether you really want to stop all your fraudulent activity or is this the next try to come back do tricks as if you have the intention to end all the cheating that has been continuously being done, but gamblers who clear-minded will not be tempted by all your promises because there are many trusted online casinos that are more worthy for gambling.
Scammers will always be scammers and I think you've had a drop in player numbers so come back to this dirty trick.

I hope you have the time to read all the posts here it's not in favor of you opening this subject about resolving issues because you've done it in the past, you have an existing thread in the reputation but you failed to live on your first promise, you are like a boy who cried wolf and you have a bad reputation in the gambling industry that to erase these bad feedbacks you have to double or even triple your effort.
If you're really that serious try to resolve at least 5 issues a week or if the allegation is fake then agreed to be under a third-party mediation, if you cannot do this then you will get a red tag and a flag will soon be raised on this thread.

This is probably another attempt to scam people, and I advise no one should pm this user a brand new account claiming to have bought a scam casino, I wonder what for, and instead of risking such money I think is better to have developed a clean casino from scratch as suggested.
If anyone has complaints about 1xbits it is better to make a new thread as a reputation to put forward the complaint, don't pm a newbie it could lead to a possible scam.

After spending a good amount of money on the signature campaign 1xbit realized that they cannot overturn the mindset of the Bitcointalk community! Now they come up with a new strategy. In the end, I would request the community to not fall for this trap. A new management means a new way to scam innocent gamblers. I am not a pro nor I am into gambling but I did do my due research before replying to this thread. This might be harsh but "Once a scammer will always remain a scammer" no matter how hard they try to convince you they are not!

I sent email to securty 1xbit, i contacted on livechat, i sent you message here on bitcointalk forum private and you are not back to me.
I you have not returned back my deposits and just close my account. Whats wrong?

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Because even though we are not admins, why can we still access the domain? Does it mean that the registration is still open but after they activated the account they will be redirected to your new domain?

Apart from that, is it really necessary to change your name? Why can't you solve it with the current one? Also, can you prove that you're a legitimate staff of them?

Probably they are trying to use the old 1xbit domain to redirect old users to the new domain as a sign that the casino is under the so called new management. They probably knew how damaged the 1xbit brand which they want to change the domain.

In regards with this matter. I just recently browse 1xbit and login my account. I can still access it right now and not redirecting on 1xbit1.com. I smell something fishy because both website are functional and it looks like this user is trying to fish 1xbit user to login credentials on new website.

There’s a high possibility that the new website is a scam scam because 1xbit is already scam while the new casino is scam too.

I just hope this doesn't turn to be the same with the last thread you guys created to settle all issue that users have been complaining but later abandoned it.
Or perhaps you just want to gain little trust from the community so that so that you can scam new users. I just hope this thread does not cause more harm to the innocent.

I also hope.that people learn from the past and why not just ignore them till they're ready to do the right thing.
We've seen some other persons still turn up with same claims and ended up even doing worst than what the previous ones did.
Rather than claim to be able to solve the complains that comes to you when you guys know it was done deliberately, why not just apologize for the old scams since you're a new administration and try to correct the old wrongs by not getting involved with criminal acts.
I truly hope this post or return doesn't cause more harm then good.
