I think there are a lot of people here who want to get a Samsung Galaxy S23 as a prize, but considering that you are a newcomer to this forum, no one will transfer even such a small amount of BTC to your wallet. In order for the transaction to go smoothly, you need to use Escrow Services. I am also interested in this lottery but, as tvplus006 said, OP needs to use an escrow. However, the correct (meaning the updated) escrow list can be found inside this topic: Few Trusted Escrow Providers. Excepting ninjaboon and BitCoinDream all the other escrows mentioned in this topic confirmed that they are still offering the service.
