It's not the promoters responsibility to tell you about the terms and conditions, you should be able to do your own research before joining any platform either for investing or gambling. There are nearly similar reasons why people promote anything. People would promote something because 1. they love product/service 2. they get financial benefits (or just incentives) and 3.
