Do they even support non-KYCed accounts now? I've heard some users are even required to resubmit their KYC documents a while back. Not to mention they can simply block your withdrawal on the basis of linked IP and so on. Even if you can delete your account, I bet they still record some data and will just use that as a basis to block your new account if you don't comply with their rules. If there are other options OP should probably take that instead of risking his money and playing hide and seek with Binance.

It's all about having more privacy and that makes someone's privacy better by having change address. So, every time someone transacts to another address and it's changed, it's hard to track that it's the same person that did it.

@OP, you've got the answers about what exchanges that has change addresses and the thread have served its purpose to what you're looking for.

I understand It's all about having more privacy but I am only asking if what other purpose why OP wanted an exchange that have change address. Maybe OP wanted to do something with an exchange with change address other than having more privacy. Well, only wallet providers have change address that I know of.

Unfortunately, this is not possible on Binance since the system does not allow more than one address per account.  This is one of the reasons why using centralized exchanges as the main wallet is risky.  In this case, I advise you to use a special wallet that enables you to change your addresses whenever you want, and to use your only address on Binance only to receive money on your Binance account.  The best wallet is the Hardware wallet, which supports a large number of cryptocurrencies and is completely safe compared to any other wallet.  Binance is a fairly reliable platform, and I cannot advise you to change it.

Have you tried creating multiple accounts on binance? In this case, you will have different addresses. The same can be done on any other exchange.

Although it is better to use electrum, where there is a wider functionality with addresses than on exchanges. Also, transactions will be cheaper. Binance charge too high for this, not to mention the riskiness of storing cryptocurrencies there.

You are not allowed to create multiple individual accounts on exchanges even if you managed to create using proxy then you will be trapped with funds locked at the time of KYC verification since they made it as mandatory now. Well, the Binance allows to create multiple sub accounts for corporate traders still the funds of withdrawal and deposit will be accessed only by the manager so one wallet one address.

Nah. Most of the CEX doesn’t have change address. They only have separate addresses on each blockchain that they are supported. Why do you need change address on exchange while it’s not meant on using for multiple transactions such as your daily wallet. Use electrum and other non-custodial wallet if you don’t like using single address on your transaction. Exchange is meant for trading purposes and not for storing your personal funds.

Can change Binance address if OP change with his Binance account  , impossible and Binance not have service for changing address because the address in our account have been permanent and can't delete or replacing with new wallet. I think crazy ideas when asking about change address on Binance account.

But if you want renew account seems impossible if have the same account or document used, not ability duplicate document ID upload for Binance KYC and its not allowed.

Maybe he has a reason to deposit funds to a new address but the balance will go to the same binance account, so he wants the balance sent untraceable to the primary receiving address, but that option doesn't exist on binance exchange and he has to use another CEX to get several new wallet options to accept deposits.

There was a time I contacted binance customer support to ask if I could get a new wallet address. The person in charge was asking me several questions to know why I needed one and after providing them with all the answer they needed my request was still denied.

Sometimes to provide security and better service, Binance also announces the retirement of some addresses and gives the opportunity to retrieve new addresses, but this is possible only when there is a direct announcement from Binance Exchange.

I don't know if it's possible but have you tried deleting your account from Binance and register another one? I know it's not possible to use same document to complete KYC on Binance but I suspect that if you delete your previous account and then proceed to creating a new account could solve this problem. I haven't tried it yet though.

I also got such a suggestion from a friend of mine but the issue seems complicated to me and since it is a centralized exchange, what if it is considered an illegal activity and freezes the funds. So I think exchangers like Kraken can be used without going through such a complicated process.

Maybe the op asked the matter to take advantage of trading on centralized exchangers.  In case some centralized exchangers provide the facility of generating new wallet. You can use Crypton Exchange for this here is also no kyc options available.  And here you can generate every deposit wallet addresses. Moreover, you can open an account in another centralized exchange(like kucoin) and withdraw funds from that account and keep them in the binance account you want. Before withdrawal you can convert the fund to a low withdraw fee taker token or coin.

This is one of the reasons why CEX is considered as against privacy. I remember localcryptos have this kind of feature for deposit, but LC is not a traditional exchange to begin with, and it already shuts its service, unfortunately.
